Easy to setup and use
It's easy to use and there's a help page where I usually find answers if I have a question. I started using the manual mode to know better about how the service works and what to do with invalid addresses, and then got some help from the support team to set up an automatic option.
Vorteile
There's an option for buying prepaid credits in case we can't pay for the monthly subscription for a while.
Nachteile
I can't think about anything at the moment, since I've never experienced an error and I even think it has been getting better during my experience. There's a message every time they're experiencing a high amount of verifications so you can know that your process will take some time.

Works Seemlessly In The Background
Very Good. Response time when I have questions is fast and effective, which is always a good thing. It gives me a good feeling that the product is well supported and that customers are appreciated.
Vorteile
Once I configure the features, the app works seemlessly in the back ground to keep my email list nice and clean.
Nachteile
Unless I missed it, it would be nice to have a preview button to see a list of emails that would get scrubbed/deleted before I actually commit to saying yes. I say this because I initially configured some setting too aggressively and ended up getting rid of some good subscribers that I recognized.

Apologies about the "preview". It's the first option "Manually decide action on invalid emails" but I think at the time you set up your account it wasn't so clear. We've since added tooltips and more documentation to make it more clear. With this option set you first review the emails and decide if you'd like to delete or unsubscribe or ignore them. This is generally a good idea at the beginning until you're comfortable with our results before turning on an auto action, such as auto-unsubscribe.
