Flexibility. Able to be modified for various products and services. Relatively easy to configure with most of the commands being intuitive.

Nachteile

Software is quite good. The only thing we thus far like the least is that customer service is only via email. Typically, therefore, if there is a question there's a bit of delay in getting an answer. Would be nice if there was phone service too. That said, tech support does respond. Messages are not ignored.

Our affiliates have praised us tremendously for our choosing of Post Affiliate Pro, as they know have a trustworthy, easy to use and completely transparent system for following their sales/commissions.

I like all the features. I like the price. I love the support. The system covers all the areas I want to address and it's perfect for our company right now, with lots of ways to expand and fine tune and improve our program.

Too many features for a newbie. I am a bit overwhelmed at the moment, but I just turned off or ignored all the features I don't need to get started, and will activate and learn about features as they become needed. Also, you need to be a bit techy to edit the system.

The thing which we like too much is Multi tier commission support. we are working on MLM based affiliate and looking long back for this feature and we got postaffiliatepro.

Nachteile

We cannot edit the marchant / signup page, it is bit difficult and require professional personal. My suggestion is please update the custom panel and make it eazy so merchant can edit by their self, rest you have good.

I like the amount of features that PAP has. Lifetime commissions was very important to us as well as the ability to use Affiliate tracking coupons

The UI is not intuitive. It is difficult to find settings and our affiliates have trouble figuring out how to do simple things like create links

Love the features. Knowledge Base and the ability to customize. The software, as I am learning, can do almost anything.

The learning curve is tough for a non-technical person like myself but I still managed to figure things out. Unfortunately, it took all 14-days to get there.

Ease of use, easy to understand things. Helpful support, rapid response times. Makes non affiliate marketing responsibilities easier, as well. Great that you have product IDs in the data. Makes it easier to verify/check transactions against internal data (e.g. was it refunded or an attempted theft e.g. with a stolen credit card?)

Nachteile

I'd like to sort clicks report by any column, e.g. a-z/z-a. I don't like the complexity in fixing it not sending out emails, which has a big impact on affiliates resetting passwords.

Very easy to use. Staff at post affiliate made it so easy for me. Their service is impecable. They go above and beyond and make sure you fully understand. I personally am thrilled with pa pro. I wld highly reccomend.

Post Affiliate Pro is a great affiliate software allowing you to set up and manage your own affiliate campaigns.

There are a few elements that are difficult to set up and the design is in html not WYSIWYG but otherwise really good.

Most of the components are customizable. The ability to direct link is a big plus for us. Also, being able to organize our banners in a folder hierarchy is very important because of the amount of banners we have.

Nachteile

There really aren't many cons. The only complaint we might have is the functionality of selecting banner folders on the backend. When you have to scroll down to access another folder or subfolder, it's difficult to select the folder you want sometimes because the screen jumps back up.

Integration was fairly easy. Customer service is great, the support team always responds quickly and is willing to help with any issue.

Hungarian translations were incomplete, we had to translate some of the texts for our affiliates.

Its very easy to use, even a newbie could easily navigate into the panel and operate it. The logs are helpful as well.

The IP address tracking seems like its broken and due to it, a lot of orders which werent referred through affiliate has been added into affiliate commission which caused me trouble.

I did extensive research for an affiliate software program for our company. Post Affiliate pro offers all the features we need for a very reasonable price. That made it wasy to decide to try their free trail. I found that their customer service is awesome, so we're very pleased with this software and with te support.

The set up instructions are not the easiest, but the support helped me through it every time I got stuck.

The software is comprehensive which is daunting at first. The reporting is very clear and we are able to use it across multiple sub domains. The best feature by far has been the customer service - these guys go above and beyond what we expected in terms of support- even helped us with some code

Almost too comprehensive, we are still learning the features. For example I've just discovered how to make a URL into a referral link - removing the need for clunky #codes

Sending separate emails for issue vs getting to speak with a live agent for help its time consuming to do both, there should be a way to msg tech just as customer service. It would also be nice if they were able to go in and fix the problem we may have while on the phone.

Support is tops, there are lots of powerful features and tons of integrations with other systems that support your e-commerce flow such as Stripe and MailChimp. PAP is flexible, allowing me to set up my Affiliate program according to my needs whereas if the product were not flexible I would have to change the affiliate program to match the capabilities of the management system.

Fantastic flexibility in building out what the affiliate sees before registering and after being approved. As a merchant, there is also a huge variety of marketing materials that I can set up to offer to my affiliates.

Config of recurring payments for subscription is far from intuitive. Configuring lifetime commissions, while being a powerful feature is not very intuitive to set up.
