Every time I turn around Procare going down when they implement an update it resets our whole system and we have to go in and reset it to our settings. It’s just a pain.

Vorteile
I love the our agency is finally using more of Procare instead of just the billing portion. Parents want quick and easy access to know how their children's day is going, and Procare provides that for them.

Great App!
Vorteile
I loved how easy it was to get updates from my daycare (i.e. check in, check out time, account ledger). Especially as a divorced parent who shares custody with my co-parent, this app allowed me to communicate effectively regarding childcare needs.
Nachteile
When we transitioned to Procare, it took a long time to get set up with my own code, so I had to keep using the old app for about a month.

Timesaver for helping run a daycare center
Great service! There's always opportunities to learn how increase our knowledge of the program and streamline services even more. There's always a friendly voice to help us problem solve any questions we have.
Vorteile
One stop shop for running a preschool/daycare center. Everything we need to help us run the business is here.
Nachteile
At first it was difficult to understand because our account was set up by our school district and we couldn't get access. We then finally were able to get things reset and start using the program immediately.

Switching from Office Center to ProCare
In my option it has its good and bad just like any other software. I think I just need to have more practice using ProCare as it a new software and its completely different from Office Center.

What I liked the most about ProCare is the ability to email statements directly to parents all at once and the ease it was to collect payments at the center and the ability for parents to make online payments.
Nachteile
What I liked least about ProCare are the reports there not really user friendly and very confusing to find as you have to select so many options.

Pro care is Great
It's been fine but it could be better but it's a great tool to habe

YeH fact that I can get info on my child through out the day as a month er. As a teacher I love it because I send parents photos of their children and am able to communicate with them through out the school day

Procare Solutions
I like Procare it allows you to have the kids daily information all in one place and it take away from the paper sign in/out and daily paper summary.
Vorteile
The think I like most is that I am able to see what my child is doing throughout the day at work. The teacher is able to post what they did in class, meals they ate, sleep times ect.
Nachteile
I wish there was a better instant messenger or chat where you could leave comments on the main page.

EVERY SCHOOL SHOULD HAVE THIS!!!!
This product allows my finance department to accurately produce invoices for families, which is super essential for our school.
This also is great for our front desk assistant, to gather reports for classrooms when needed.
Vorteile
I like how this tool can allow you to organize all your students records, from immunizations to monthly invoices for the families!!! It is superb!!!!!

Top Software
Before transitioning into Tuition Express we would only receive payments via money orders. Switching to online payments has been the best choice!
Vorteile
Procare has the best tech support. If I have an issue with the program or require assistance they are able to help me right away.
Nachteile
If their system (cloud) is down they have a network status page online, they should add Tuition Express status on the site as well.

Kinderlime is great!
As stated above, it is an excellent tool to connect working parents to their child's day. Invaluable!

I like that this technology helps the childcare industry keep current in the times that our families live in. As an administrator and a parent it is such a valuable tool for keeping the working parent connected to their child's care.
Nachteile
Although the Kinderlime team is excellent about meeting the customers needs when things are brought to their attention, I do think more thought and research could have been done prior to its launch.

Our preschool has recently switched to Kinderlime
Vorteile
We like the app that parents can login into to see updates on their child and be updated through live notifications. The childcare management system is robust and works well.
Nachteile
We wish that the main dashboard in the CMS had a little better layout for overall details in classrooms and things, but the software is great and does what it's supposed to.

Great way to keep track of your childcare needs
Vorteile
You are able to keep track of most of everything using ProCare. Adding family and student info. It was great for teachers as well to clock in/out.
Nachteile
The down fall is that you are unable to see or keep track of your clock in info so when you made an error, you had to write an embarrassing note to admin.
