Layout is user friendly, can sign my kiddo in and out from my vehicle without having to scan the QR code which is a timesaver.

Nachteile

When being sent a photo, you can't reply in original message thread. You have to send a message separately.

The only things this let me do, as a parent, are send messages to the daycare and pay my bill.

Nachteile

I can't access billing (when it's due, how much I owe) only if I pay and it doesn't even tell me how much the fee is, I have to remember it and enter it on the payment screen.

I don't have access to the same features (messaging) on the desktop version as I do on the mobile one.

There is no helpful info for tax purposes included, I can't print a receipt for my dependent care FSA reimbursement, either.

I dont know how to explain my feelings about this amazing application for management. I love it.

I'm so glad that the app is easy to use and I can see updates on my Children. The images lows quickly and I am also able to download those and the movies. That is great to feel like being a part of a young child day who may not can say everything they did.

The only issues was a log out at one point. I needed a 10digit code for the child to sign back up.

The payment feature is easy to use. It's helpful to know when I have a payment coming due. It also enjoy the check-in and check-out feature.

I would like to edit parent information, but my child's school has the feature locked. Otherwise, everything works fine.

There is absolutely ZERO customer service!Needed guidance to their website that changed the layout since last May or June ! I wasn't familiar with the layout and needed some guidance on how to find certain thigs... the "customer service" automated voice has a pre recorded message simply telling me to "contact the school"

The daily updates are very important. I see updates about daily activities, meals, bathroom breaks, school lessons, and information about the school and classroom.

I appreciate having everything I could possible need in a single app to manage a daycare facility. Procare has a place where records can be preserved because keeping records is simple and easy. It's simple to use and simple to teach others how to use. Using it has never been a problem for me since our organization moved to it over a year ago!

I have no complaints regarding the app. It currently satisfies all of my kids' requirements and wants.

Procare Solutions is very easy to use. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. I have never had any problems training staff on how to use the software.

From an end-user point of view, the app is pretty good, and easy to use.

We operate a summer camp, which has a high turnover week-to-week, and is obviously seasonal. When we originally reached out to Kinderlime, they promised that they would be able to meet our needs, and promised that several upcoming updates would be geared to businesses like ours. Fast-forward 2+ years, and we still haven't seen changes that make our user experience any better. Works great if you were operating a school, which has a low turn-over, reliable wifi, dedicated, full-time staff, but it difficult for us.

Sometimes Procare has issues with connectivity. They are usually resolved very quickly though. Their IT departments are great.

It took me a while to find the right person for the job
