For any kind of usefulness, ensure you set up all features for your users
Not fantastic, but it's what the center uses. I liked a previous software used by a different daycare, but the current daycare is a better one. Just wish I could switch their apps.
Vorteile
The only things this let me do, as a parent, are send messages to the daycare and pay my bill.
Nachteile
I can't access billing (when it's due, how much I owe) only if I pay and it doesn't even tell me how much the fee is, I have to remember it and enter it on the payment screen.
I don't have access to the same features (messaging) on the desktop version as I do on the mobile one.
There is no helpful info for tax purposes included, I can't print a receipt for my dependent care FSA reimbursement, either.

Your posted balance will display for you in the child care mobile app before you pay so you can see exactly how much it is and it will verify before you submit your payment. If you are unable to see these things, please reach out to our Procare support team to help troubleshoot why that might be the case. Tax statements include a summary of charges and payments for the calendar year; if it is not meeting the requirements for your FSA, we'd love to learn more & understand how we can improve this. Other functionality such as your child's daily activity feed, meal plan & lesson plan sharing & other items will depend on your child care provider's utilization of all the Procare features. I recommended to let your provider know more about how you'd like to see Procare used so they can decide to implement more capabilities for parents to see more of their child's day. Procare Solutions is a great child care management software
I have implemented Procare Solutions in several child care centers. I am very impressed with the software and I would highly recommend it to any child care center that is looking for a comprehensive and user-friendly management system.
Vorteile
Procare Solutions is very easy to use. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. I have never had any problems training staff on how to use the software.
Nachteile
Overall, I think Procare Solutions is a great child care management software that is worth considering

User friendly software
Its a secure user-friendly software and ideal for daycare or child care centers.
Vorteile
This software is user-friendly and very easy to use. It comes with many useful features and it has fingerprint sign-in option too. Ideal for child care or daycare centers.
Nachteile
It comes with many good and useful features. However, having the additional basic features such as printing a receipt and sorting the records in alphabetical order etc will be helpful.
