Vorteile

Great feature set, really jampacked and very customisable.

Still the whole interface both back-end and front-end is very clean logical.

Every part of BigMarker is clearly well thought through. Clearly a lot of thought has been put into the UX.

Support is top notch. Always short response time, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

What is more, BigMarker is in constant development, ever improving, with new killer features.

Nachteile

Literally nothing till today. All works great.

The possibility to connect 500 attenders around the world, with really high quality video, with a perfect conference-room and multiple useful possibilities to adapt the interface to the own needs and expectatives.

The possibility to edit video (previously was possible but not now).

The software is easy to use and has a good value for the price. The support is also quick and gives satisfying and accurate solutions.

BigMarker had all of the features we knew we needed, and some we didn't know we needed until we got started (for example, the Handouts function was a team favorite).

The call quality was a little troublesome for some attendees on our first webinar, but there are additional settings admin users can leverage to ensure better quality and coverage.

BigMarker is a great tool for producing webinars, virtual and hybrid events. It's easy to use, you can customise your event with interactive elements, and it offers a set of settings that help you manage registrations, participants and attendees.

Nachteile

It would be great if they had more integrations with apps.

I enjoy using BigMarke as a host and attendee because it's a consistently good experience without the hassle and downloads of the legacy software. It's a seriously innovative experience and genuinely joyful to use.

Because it's so far ahead of its time, some users have a hard time getting used to not having to download/constantly update software. It's more of a learning curve issue and nothing to do with BigMarker.

If any one asks why BigMarker - I simply tell them its the BEST! and to leave the rest alone. BigMarker is well worth the pricing and a very good value giving all that it can do. Support is also excellent! Ease of Use is also a big plus.

Actually none - we paid for this and have not found anything it does not do that we were expecting - all works as it is supposed to.

That it meet pretty much all use cases for a webinar platform. I have not once come across a feature in a competing platform that BigMarker didn't already have a better implementation of.

In the past I had some reliability issues, however, this is with all webinar platforms.

When reviewing options for webinar software, Big Marker quickly rose to the top. Its a mature product with a ton of features and the bottom line.... it works. Some of my favorite features include the ability to charge for webinars, Facebook live streaming, and with the recent ability to create a "series", you can create custom courses or summits! All of this and Big Marker is super responsive when it comes to questions.

Nachteile

Any complaints I have are pretty minor. The recently launched "series" option has some limits in the regards to how you layout the landing page and functionality. Supposedly there some updates coming soon, that should address limitations on how label presenters etc.

I love how versatile this software is, and evergreen webinars are amazing!

BigMarker is a great tool for hosting meetings between our two offices. You can enter the meeting room early to ensure all of your documents are ready to go. You can even do a practice-run of the web conference to weed out any glitches.

Nachteile

The program integrates with Outlook for invites. This is a great feature, but since our office uses Gmail rather than Outlook, we are unable to utilize it.

The page builder in BigMarker is actually pretty easy to use. You can build your page with a payment gateway in no time.

Its browser based. Clients just need their browser and no challenge for installation of any software. That simplifies my business to get my clients fast into the trainings.

Since it has a lot of features, I had a learning curve, which is normal. But on the other hand, its an all-in-one marketing solution which saves money for additional tools.

I don't like that the Webinars start automatically. There is no start webinar button so as soon as you go into the webinar room you are live.

I'm using Bigmarker for my live tutoring of hundreds of students at once.
It works too for 1:1 live tutoring and evergreen seminar.

Had some audio problems once but call-in functionality worked great. It was easy to sign up and get started.
