Overall I have had a great experience and find it a helpful tool.
Vorteile
The many different template options were very helpful. I also found the tools easy to use.
Nachteile
I would like the ability to export information to different sources more than a few times with a free account.

A tool of great help
I used Creately for university jobs like maps and it is a great tool, it allows me to do even causal maps easily
Vorteile
I like it the most that it was really easy to use
Nachteile
It is an useful tool in general, maybe to add some templater for free that are in the premium plan but it it worth it to get the premium one

Installed it and had my initial diagram in a day
I frequently get asked what software I use to produce the diagrams and charts.
Vorteile
No learning curve. Made a mind map and a process flow diagram to be the backbones of a process redesign in days. Easy to update, color code and share

The templates were more work than starting from scratch.

One stop for making ERDs
Vorteile
I had an assignment to make some ER Diagrams, this drastically reduced my work. Only a few clicks and I was good to go. I like the way the interface is designed, it offers a really nice UX (User Experience)
Nachteile
Loading the page takes a little bit long, making it faster would make the experience all the more better, but it is not a big problem.

Easy to use product
I am using Creately to create UML diagrams and network diagrams.
Vorteile
Creately is awesome! It allows you to create various UML graphs in a fraction of the time of Visio or other tools.
