Game changer for remote work
Creately has been an absolute game-changer for our group project The platform is incredibly user-friendly, which made it easy to get started without much training. We use it for everything from brainstorming sessions to project planning, and its intuitive design makes creating flowcharts, mind maps, and timelines a breeze. The remote collaboration feature is especially helpful — our team can work together in real time, no matter where we are, which has truly streamlined our workflow.
Creately's infinite canvas gives us plenty of space to organize our ideas, and the templates save so much time when we're setting up new projects. The integration with our other tools like Google Workspace has made it easy to keep everything connected and accessible for everyone on the team. It’s clear that Creately was built with collaboration in mind, and we’ve become more efficient and productive thanks to it. I liked the wide array of diagrams such as flowcharts, and organizational charts, mind maps and premade templates. It provided inspiration when I was stuck. I also enjoyed the real-time collaboration and the fact that it integrates with Google Workspace.

There were some features behind a paywall, which I understand.

Cancel plan is not possible

the design is nice looking and a lot of icons

it is impossible to cancel your plan after you added your payment details. deleting data or your payment method for security reason seems also not possible. account and settings is hidden in the app

A tool of great help
I used Creately for university jobs like maps and it is a great tool, it allows me to do even causal maps easily

Just what I needed!
It's been amazing, I wish I had found Creately before. It's always been a struggle to find a software or platform that allows you collaborative work without getting the format of the document all messes up; Creately allows me and my students to create as many documents as needed, it also allows us to work on one same document without any issue. The price we pay is totally worth it (an inexpensive), I will continue using Creately and hopefully I can get some of my coworkers to try it as well; I know they will love Creately!
Vorteile
I love how Creately allows me and my students to create documents while working all at the same time. Also, it has an infinite amount of templates and canvases you can work on, editing and adding information. Amazingly it also has a video conference tool that allows me to present the work while still working on it collaboratively, and honestly the best part of it is the price, it's only $6 per month and that allows you work on unlimited documents as a team, saving all your files in the cloud or downloading them in different formats.
Nachteile
Nothing, Creately has everything I need for collaborative work, my students love creating flow charts and mind maps using Creately and honestly I do too. I wouldn't change a thing.

Excellent tool for students and tutors alike!
Overall, I thought the software was pretty straight forward to use. Had some great features and as far as I am concerned, got by SWOT analyses, BMCs and VPCs just right. Would recommend it to students and tutors both - at least worth a shot.
Vorteile
I like how easy it is to create business-related tools here. Specifically, tools such as the Business Model Canvas or a Value Proposition Canvas. I used Creatley as a student and later on recommened this as a tool to my students when I became a tutor. Excellent!
Nachteile
I think the software should keep students in mind regarding its pricing. Many young students are not able to pay for the paid plans - at least initially. I think providing heavily subsidised student/tutor plans or free month long trials would be a nice. This is something I missed.

Very good product for teachers
Overall, my experience is very positive. It is very colorful and is very good for kids but also good for business applications

Creately is very intuitive. The important features are Drag and Drop, it is easy to represent the relationships between different concepts and create hierarchies. Also very good for flowcharts, diagrams and organizational structures. It is visually appealing and more colorful compared with say Visio. It integrates well with other applications
Nachteile
I did not experience any issues. It does not have a free version as far as I know

Used mainly for Organisational Structure diagramming
It gets the job done. Sometimes glitchy... and could be smoother really.

Excellent tool
I use Creately since 2 differents perspectives, like student I can do may homework and like teacher I can create study tools to my students, in both ways, I just waste the enough time to develop my diagrams easely and even fun.
Vorteile
It has a lot of different tools to build a big range of diagrams and illustrations, but the most like me is the color combination and that you can organize the space around the diagram.
Nachteile
It is difficult and no friendly chance the letters... size, color, position.

Vorteile
Creately is easy to use and manage, offering several features and tools for its users to access. I am particularly familiar with its blank template for website mockups, and am happy with its functionality. The icons, shapes, and colors of each feature is visually appealing and easy to find. Overall, my experience with Creately was positive.
Nachteile
I was often confused about how to save a document. Whenever I tried to save, it would save as, and would often replace the previous version, which I did not know how to access. Sharing the document was also a bit of a hassle.

Concept mapping
I have trouble with software like this whenever I’ve used it but Creately was by far the best option.
Vorteile
The software was pretty easy to manipulate without a lot of direction. I felt like I could open it up and get started right away.
Nachteile
Sometimes the lines between connections didn’t land where I wanted them or changed shape and that was frustrating.
