Complete, accessible and easy to use.
The platform is great. It offers an exclusive feature so I can upload and manage request list!
It is easy to use and I have no headaches about additional volumes, since they offer unlimited volume.
Vorteile
Incredible Project Management features and unlimited volume on a monthly subscription!

It can take 30 min. for support response.

DealRoom review
Great tool for us to share very sizeable documents at a reasonable cost.
Vorteile
DealRoom is very easy to set up, upload and share docs on a confidential basis.
Nachteile
There is not a great way to add summary comments or notes to the notification email on new files uploaded. Additionally, the file name gets cut off in the cover email notifications.

Amazing VDR!
Uploading documents and making changes are so easy. Any time I use a different VDR I get frustrated.
Vorteile
It is much easier to use then most other VDR's I have worked with. The functionality and intuitive features are the best out there.
Nachteile
There are no specific complaints I have with this software. A VDR is supposed to make things easy for us to upload documents in a secure location and Deal Room has solved that problem.

DealRoom Review
Using the site for M&A transactions, it is easy to keep all relevant parties on the same page.
Vorteile
The functionality and intuitiveness of the software are the most important features. The simple yet elegant design makes navigating the site quite easy.
Nachteile
Realizing that there can be vast amounts of data with long pathways, ideally it would be easier to download all files without renaming any of the files.

Ease of use once features understood. Set up initially by Atlas Technical Consultants Inc. attn: [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. You should contact her for her opinion of the data room ease of use, download process etc.
Nachteile
No negative comment the data room features seem to be easy to use.

Great product for virtual data room
My overall experience with the software tool is very good. It is great to work with on deals.
Vorteile
I like how easy it is to use the dealroom virtual data room. Very easy to search for the files I want to find.
Nachteile
It is sometimes challenging to use DealRoom from my mobile device. A mobile application version would be helpful.

Well-designed Data Room
I was given access as part of a due diligence data room. The file structure was easy to understand, and downloading was simple. There were a number of features that were beyond my typical data room experience, but I believe could be useful.
Vorteile
The ability to request information through the platform, the download process was easy.
Nachteile
While intrigued by the ability to request information, I didn't use it, because I generally err towards direct email asks. If this was an internal project, I could see the use for the information request features.

Fantastic Agile M&A platform
The platform offer a very good user experience and enable the administrator to anticipate potential challenges in the process.
M&A advisers can clearly benefit from DealRoom Agile M&A.
DealRoom also has a very good cost/benefit and flexible pricing structure.

DealRoom has fantastic and unique features It is possible to upload the Request Lists and link related documents.
Nachteile
I think new features, like investors and targets contact logs, would be great.

Excellent Tool
Our org. chart presents a challenge due to the various global locations, where we exist. This tool allows us to work cohesively, never missing a beat.
Vorteile
The ease of use and ability to incorporate it seamlessly to the pre-existing working model.

Good Product
Great product for performing diligence with respect to potential company acquisitions.
Vorteile
Easy to understand and use. No issues logging in. The features are intuitive so no real learning curve. Have not experienced any crashes or similar service interruption.

Can not think of any real cons to the software.

Product Review
Generally very positive and would be happy to recommend it to colleagues or peers.
Vorteile
Sustainable, navigable ease of use. It was easy to move around and induced user interaction in a way that trained me to adjust to some of its more unique features.
Nachteile
There were times when I found preview screens to distort the image of the document.

DealRoom seems to work well, but still mildly irritating in steps to download a document
I am a user downloading documents for due diligence review.
Vorteile
I like the email on access with IP address. I think that helps protect unauthorized access.
Nachteile
Download process on files into a web link, then a zip file, then to PC, then to unzipped format is still a bit time consuming and irritating. Should be easier just to download files directly to a designated PC folder without going through the zip file stuff in the middle.

Easy to Use, and Great Value
Very satisfied with how quickly we were able to set up a data room for our transactions. It has the functionality we need for the M&A deals that we do.
Vorteile
Very easy to use - our data vault was up and running quickly. The counterparties find it easy to use, too. And the pricing is reasonable.
Nachteile
Need more FAQs or directions for use so that we don't need to contact customer support so much during the set-up. It is just a matter of needing a roadmap to using some of the features.

DealRoom helps out during Acquisitions
this was the first time using acquisition software, but it was easy to use.
Vorteile
It was easy to use and and upload documents.
Nachteile
I download an excel spreadsheet from the deal room and it was in a protected mode and I was not able to export into excel so that I could modify.

Easy to use Data Room Application
Vorteile
I found DealRoom easy to use and fairly intuitive, albeit not substantially better or worse than other competing solutions. If the price is competitive, I'd be happy to recommend it.

I didn't have any major issues with it. Most data sites work fairly similarly.

Vorteile
Easy to use and understand. My largest concern when using a data room is availability to download files and interact throughout documents. This lets me focus my time on the analysis.
Nachteile
There isn't as much functionality to the software. Other providers you are able to pull statistics on what parties' general activity is.

DealRoom Review
My overall experience using the FirmRoom product was very positive. It was extremely easy to get set up and the customer service was great whenever I had a question or issue.
Vorteile
My favorite part of the FirmRoom is how easy it is upload and download documents and to track permission settings for all groups that have access to the room.
Nachteile
The analytic tools took some time to figure out but once I got the hang of them they became very helpful.
