Stripe payment account creation was perfect for us. Helped us get organized and financials can be easily exported for YTD and Year End reporting, etc. The few times I have needed support, the team has been responsive in an appropriate amount of time based on the issue at hand. Overall, I am very satisfied with Lodgify. > > **Nachteile**: The only constant in hospitality is change. I wish Lodgify would have a pivot or sleep function. We sold and closed our hospitality business in one city, and began construction of a new business and properties elsewhere. We still needed a website (pre-opening marketing, email marketing capture, announcements, blog posts etc). But we wouldn't be generating revenue for a decent amount of time. The only other issue (this was a few years ago) was that Booking.com was sooo confusing to use and didn't sync properly or well at the time, which created several issues with financials and double bookings.
