Vorteile
I like that it is easy to understand and navigate. This software has streamlined the services I need to help my business grow at a rate I can maintain.
Nachteile
What I don't like about this software is that, for me, it isn't as user friendly on my phone. Perhaps, I need a larger phone.

Vorteile
Simple to use, manage, update and I really enjoy the layout and style! As I am not very tech savoy, this is an ideal tool!
Nachteile
I haven't spent enough time on the platform to find many problems. I wish I was able to do more of the design work, but that is lack of knowledge on my part

The Marketing 360 team is always willing to help us troubleshoot, teach us how the system can best benefit our business, and make the entire process as easy as possible.
Nachteile
The system is not exactly mobile friendly. Making it difficult for our field reps to use. An app would make it so much more user friendly.

My first experience, so I don't know what it should feel like, but it seems professionally created and the staff are well versed in their skills.
Nachteile
It seems like I am doing the creating and design work while paying a lot of money to them to paste it into the template. But maybe that is how it works?

Easy access to view ad performance by channel (numbers). CRM is very user-friendly and comprehensive.
Nachteile
I'm not sure how to read the graphs. The customer input from MBO drives some errors in Marketing 360 for duplicate clients.

Was a bit of a rough start, but most of the kinks seem to be worked out.
Vorteile
We are getting more leads than previously, so that is great. Pretty good response time from our guy.
Nachteile
A bit of disconnect between some of the departments in the beginning. The personal is young, with is good and bad. Lol! Tech savvy, good. Some assumptions of "millennials" not always......

Did not get what was promised
Poor performance, many promises, very basic services.
Vorteile
I did not like it. It showed a misleading inflated number for ad spend.
Nachteile
Inaccurate reporting. No access to the real data behind it. It is a walled garden where you are fed the data through a third party software without having access to the real data.

None - I just got delivered empty promises and data that doesn't make sense for my business model. They make assumptions
Nachteile
They don't really listen and promise delivery but never follow through. They give you cookie cutter data that pertains to things that are not relevant to your business

The price for the inclusion of website design and the customer service were excellent. Web design was a very clear process with a clear start and finish.
Nachteile
The descriptions of marketing services were a bit vague, I didn't really understand what each did or how it benefited me.
