Disappointing Cost-to-Value Ratio
Vorteile
I found it to have some interesting and useful features. The software is highly customizable, allowing to tailor it to specific business' needs.
Nachteile
I found Synchroteam to be quite expensive. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations and I don't see myself using it in the long run.

In areas where there is slow connection tracking down the various employees can be challenging in that situation

Helps our work run smoother
Vorteile
The calendar is robust and cleanly designed ,it makes scheduling easy . The time-tracking is precise and the estimates you can generate are as accurate as you can reasonably expect them to be .
Nachteile
The categories for a type of work can be a bit limited and it can hard to find a perfect fit for your specific case. Fortunately you can leave notes for extra clarity.

Great for small-medium businesses
Because time is money, drive up your returns by knowing how much time your team spends on jobs, travel, breaks.
Vorteile
Great for Automated Scheduling, Automatic Reminders, Calendar Management, Digital Signage, Document Management, Employee Databases, Employee Scheduling, Group Scheduling, Import / Export Data, Multi-Language, Reporting, Resource Management, and Task Management
Nachteile
Need Mac but 3rd Party Calendar Syncing, Accounting Integration, Client Website Integration, Email Integration, and Mobile Access are worth it.

software very useful to control the work
the work performance has improved since we started using this software, we are more efficient
Vorteile
we save paper, it is easy to use, excellent work planning tools and good use to the calendar it
can be related to other platforms to maximize labor efficiency
Nachteile
there is no failure as in specific only things to improve as the search for the serial number, but we trust that the company will improve

All the tools, requires trial and error
Its been great we had on issue initially with the API version initially but so far has been a good experience.
Vorteile
It has a lot of features, free trial to test things out, open API to allow for custimization. The mobile app is great too.
Nachteile
It's not as user-friendly as I'd hope but dealing with intricate problems I guess it needs several layers fo fields for many things. There is no one-click solution.
