The most liked feature of SurveyMonkey, according to me, is its intuitive and rapid-responding user interface and easy-to-drag features. Can be used as a great market research tool. Also, the report compilation from the numerous number of survey responses is also pretty decent.

Nachteile

Being features being very handy, they actually come at a bit elevated price in comparison to other form-generating websites. And also sometimes it feels more like a template-type website, as in we can't do something on our curiosity.

SurveyMonkey is easy to build surveys, the builder improves each time I login but I never have to relearn the platform. The testing aspect is easy to use and easy to edit. I like how there are multiple options to get the survey sent whether you need them to give you an audience or you want to send a link to publish to your own customers in an email, etc. I really like when you start getting data responses and you can export to charts. It turbocharges the review of the survey results to get rapid insights.

Nachteile

While it helps with recommendations on answer choices, you still need to have a strategy for what you want to get out of the survey and how it applies to your business. This is why we write the goals and survey and then move into SurveyMonkey for "programming" the survey.

When we first started using SurveyMonkey, we loved how easy it was on the backend to set surveys up and the great UI on the front end for the individual taking the survey.

It felt like over time, SurveyMonkey made the backend just unnecessarily incredibly complex. Navigating it felt like navigating a hedged maze.

The right if not the best platform to land to conduct surveys, create quizzes or simply collect data out of your respondents. SurveyMonkey proves to be an ideal survey solution for the amount of distinguishable features it claims to have, unlimited number of questions, baffling designs, charts and graphs allowing easy analyses, mainly various means to extract data in form of PDF, CSV or other file forms or extensions.

Nachteile

Though it is away from its rivals as Pinpoll, it is still expensive mainly for individuals and with limited features for free tiers. There should be additional tiers and balanced features that might grab researchers' attention.

Survey Monkey is a easy to use tool to conduct surveys at large scale and to do the data analysis. The tool has a good user interface and has good capabilities built in to conduct survey with advanced logic.

I love how easy it was to build surveys. As a Data Analyst every day I have to make many surveys and if can be a quite tedious task but Survey Monkey speads up the process and makes it more enjoyable. This is because I can add customizable questions.

What I didn't like was the pricing. Other alternatives that I know of are free e.g. Google Forms it felt a bit annoying to have to pay for features etc but it's worth the money. But having Google Forms as a free alternative is definitely tempting to switch to.

I find SurveyMonkey Enterprise as a cutting-edge tool for designing, delivering and analyzing surveys with the snap of a finger. With this tool I'm able to customize surveys with our organizations branding, ensure real-time collaboration with other team members as well as utilize its powerful reporting tools that provide deep insights, cross-tabulation etc. Good a thing we can now integrate this with Power BI platform which we use to build our dashboards.

Nachteile

SurveyMonkey Enterprise can take some practicing to master, thus elongating the learning curve. Besides, its a bit more expensive when compared to the standard SurveyMonkey plans.

Excellent user interface for survey design and a variety of tools available, depending how advanced you are trying to do. Well known tool which helps prevent efforts from going to spam. The design options for participant interface are also really nice.

Although it does have integration options, it is not as smooth to set up as Google or Microsoft Forms if you are already in that ecosystem as an organization, so those tools can offer that advantage depending what types of forms you are trying to build. They are more limited than Survey Monkey though.

The ability to integrate the applications with multiple applications. This really helped us ensure that we maximized the response to our polls. Especially grateful to be able to integrate into Salesforce where most of our users perform the bulk of their job duties.

I would have preferred that there be increased flexibility in the method and manner of the reports/results from the surveys. For the most part the results are comprehensive and clear. But there are have been a few surveys that included a less conventional responses and the application struggled with the output.

The overwhelming amount of information being presented in graphs. data insights and trends. For example: I organized a simple four question survey for a summer event with my work. It was just to confirm individual attendance and diet restrictions. The data that was giving back was more data then what I wanted to review. And the individual responses were not made visible, instead it gave links for every response back. I don't have the time to go through each and every link to figure out the specific person that has the dietary restriction.
