Our team loves the versatility of this tool and the collaboration abilities for remote team members. We use it for so many projects company-wide (from product and design to sales).

Nachteile

Honestly, no cons so far. As with any good tool there comes a price, but the rate is reasonable for the usability of the tool.

it would be great to have a blank canvas feature to choose from instead of having to pick a template when first starting a project

Outil très facile à prendre en main avec une interface très intuitive. Je m'en sers pour partager des mockups et faire des users flow aussi avec d'autres personnes de mon triangle. C'est très poussé comme outil et on a beaucoup de liberté.

Nachteile

Je ne vois pas de limite ou contrainte dans son utilisation. Je n'ai pas eu l'opportunité d'utiliser toutes les fonctionnalités

I have been using this as a tool to visually organize projects & it has been great. I love that I and my employees can be in it at the same time. It is also great that I can release clients with a specific password so they cannot accidentally access another project. A user can post comments on the miro board and add post its or tables to help organize thoughts.

I have not found anything I dislike about the software

Setting up the software was sometimes an issues and employees with limited bandwidth experienced issues.

It is collaborative tool allowing everyone to participate and it can be handy on remote meetings which demand brain storming as it is easier for everyone to work in real time.

Sometimes visibility can be tricky depending on set up and idea. Make sure you think about it before start using in real time with a team.

Its ease of use and collaboration features. Also the templates are amazing and allow for a quick set up time for projects

No real cons as of yet, I will take not and let you know if this changes. Maybe make it aware to more university courses that its available. It would have made my life a lot easier studying product design in uni.

I like the concept of Miro. It is just like a while board and you just need to write on it.
Also, they have various templates available.

We work with remote team in Barcelona and Warsaw and we have successfully been having workshops/brainstorming sessions with Miro, which makes it fun and efficient

When we have to put a lot of information it can be tricky, some phrases are cut and it's not so easy to follow

Difficult to line things up neatly. It took me a while to find a smart way to block things so that it would not move when I wanted it, yet could move the things I did want to move and copy.

I have tried most of the similar offerings in the market, but I keep retorning to RTB because of it´s stability and tools.

It can be little bit expensive if you don´t plan to used every week.
Fortunately, their free account it´s very capable for a small team that it´s just starting out, so no problem really.

I liked the ease of navigation the most, its so easy to zoom in and out and find your way around the vast canvas, and the frames feature that allows me to highlight the aspect of work I am referring to so there is no misunderstanding with my colleagues.

I love to see people in real time when they are working on the board. PLus, it is cgreat to follow up their work and see the changes done to the board.

It's a light , fast and very capable boarding service. You have ability to share , comment , chat , make presentation and all kind of cool features. It's also free for basic use. I use it both on PC and Android phone and it works great

I havent found ones so far. I don't use paid version so I can't really complain about the price as well. But I guess that would be the con for me - just kidding :)

Paid for annual subscription and was locked out with a message to upgrade. They have NO PHONE SUPPORT nor weekend support of any kind.

I like that it gives you the freedom to do whatever you like with the space. In research, I wanted to sort of keep all my findings on 'one whiteboard' but over time you see that it is never big enough (fortunately for my research). However, Miro provides exactly that for me: an unlimited white board. It is also nice that I can simply share it with anyone (and it is more environmentally friendly than me adding pieces of paper to a physical white board). So only positive feedback from me!

Miro is a great tool for brainstorming and mind mapping. I love the various templates and how easy it is to drag and drop items around. The real-time collaboration is also super helpful.

The feature set is very limited compared to other mind mapping/ brainstorming tools. I also wish the interface wasn't so "empty" since it can be a bit daunting for new users.

A great tool to use for project management, flowchart and mind mapping. Have used this tool during my design thinking class. Was super interactive and ended up using it for my Thesis

We use it as a powerful brainstorming tool, even among colleagues in the same room. It allows us to conceptualise complex ideas with many components and put them all in one place if they relate to each other.

They claim it is easy to use but I'm not so sure about it. I mean, sure, it is easy to start using the main features but, if you want to tweak things like changing the font size or color, it is not as intuitive as it seems.

As a Designer, I've tried all the latest mind mapping & brainstorming web apps and RealtimeBoard is the most flexible as far as capturing a wide range of visual, creative and or complex concepts and research. Realtime Boards offers Free Plans with a limit of 3 boards, however the flexibility of a board means you can do quite a lot on this free plan.

I'd really like to upgrade to a paid plan but the cheapest on offer is more than I'd like to spend per year considering how much I use the application.

I have used this for scoping, mind-mapping, project retros. It has ticked the boxes for all my needs so far!
