This software was extremely easy to use. We were able to convert our marketing collateral (pdfs) into shareable online editions. The analytics are extremely useful, as well.

I honestly don't have any drawbacks to this.

It gives us an opportunity to move away from traditional print for items like programmes, saving us on costs while also providing a sleek, modern platform to showcase our events.

The security function should be available at all price points, but understandable that is tiered.

What I loved most about the product was the ease of use. It was pretty much download, import, load, launch and use! Very easy.

The only downside is the page limitation. It hasn't presented a problem yet, however, it could in the future.

I love the easy way I could work with the software, but the most, the kind attention from the staff when I had a question.

When I published in Facebook people couldn't ser well the margins. I think It could be something that I didn't know how to fix, but I didn't find how to do it.

Couple of minor annoyances in how the product works which don't seem logical - for the most part we've either solved or found workarounds though.

This software is so easy to use! We use it weekly for our school newsletter and the feedback from parents and staff has been great. It's so much easier to read especially from a mobile device. We also are able to embed the newsletter on our website which has been great.

I honestly do not like the layout of the website. Could be organized a bit differently but that is a small complaint.

Software is very easy to use, handles large documents (200+ pages) well without issue. Basic customisation options and ability to password protect and embed flipbooks

No way to embed password protected flipbooks, no option to have a "private account" where there is no public profile.

Flipsnack is an easy to use service, which makes uploading our PDF's and booklets online simple and effective. I enjoy the fact that it can all be done through your browser, and the rates are reasonable.

Having a limit on the number of uploads is somewhat limiting- however, if we hit our "cap" there is an upgraded membership option for a premium payment if needed.

Very easy to get going on your own without any instruction. Took about a day or two first time around and now it is down to a few hours to get a magazine/catalog done.

The shapes and tools they provide for free are great but there is not that much variety or any that really caters to retail store. Would like some more options. Also, more template options for retail stores as well would be nice.

Like i said in the title, i love how this software is easy to use. Also features like built in selling options are a major asset. On the E-book side, creating, or converting from PDF just "works" period, that's just fantastic. I really like the "Book" interface too. Finally the search function on a published E-book works really well.

The thing i like the least is the "3D" book cover effect. I've seen better on other similar sites.
