Great Program, Excellent Customer Service!

I had been looking for a program that would be easy to use, would notify my clients of upcoming appointments and keep a record of my appointments! This program does it all and more. It's completely FREE and the customer service is Excellent! Shedul is a very user friendly program.
I'm just looking for a "Confirm Appointment" or "Cancel Appointment" button in the emails. I know it will be here soon............

i hav gone thru many online and offline softwares ...but shedul has looked to solved all my needs .....its really a best in its class .....they are not charging any fees and that is what there usp is ...........and the functions and facilities they are providing is just fantabulous .... the team is very supportive ...any questions u get a reply from them within 1 day ..... hats off to the shedul team ......

Great Schedule

I been doing nails business for years, but I could not find anything like this, this is a very beautiful app I have seen so far. user friendly, easy to use, no extra feature. work fast. I would definitely introduce to my friends to use this app.

THE best software package!

I've tried a few packages and some are very expensive without enough functionality, shedul is the best I've tried and the options to tailor to your own business are fab. The customer service is incredible too and they are always listening for suggestions to improve, when you email them you get to have a proper conversation with a human being! I would recommend this to anyone in the hair/beauty business!

This truly is the greatest app for service oriented businesses, especially for businesses in my industry (Esthetics). NOT because of the price. It's the features!! I honestly can't believe that Shedul. is free, when some of their leading competitors (who DO charge) have half the amount of features.

I absolutely love Shedul !

I absolutely love Shedul ! i like the simplicity of booking appointments. It is extremely easy to navigate and easy to train on. The tools are wonderful as well, such as email confirmations and text ms confirmations. Overall, the system is extremely user friendly and has helped me the spa systems to keep everything running efficiently. i think clients appreciate and like that it is easy to navigate.

I love this software!

The best scheduling software and company I've used!

I recently switched and I love it! The system as a whole is perfect. I have a salon and my guests love text reminders! After a suggestion from customer support to add the webpage to my home screen it works just as good as an app and doesn't look different! Customer support is friendly although I didn't need them for any problem, they were just following up but I have no doubt they are very helpful!

A must have!

As a small business I've been looking for ages for a piece of software that offered all the functionality I needed at good value for money. Shedul is the best out there. I'm still waiting on some additional features but they are very open to new suggestions and constantly improving the system. The support team are very helpful. Overall a fantastic product and even better it's currently free!

First Class and So Easy!

Love Love Love Shedul -- I've got my team in it, I have all of our menu items in it, we can add or delete info easily , our clients get personalized messages from us of appointments and appointment reminders and the price is amazing! Unbelievable how great this software is!

It sounds too good to be true that you get all the features with this software for free! I searched for a free spa software and came across this and was a little hesitant that it would be free for a moment than charge me or that it was going to be so bare you couldn't function in the long run with it. It's wonderful- we love it. It's easy to use! It truly makes booking appointments fun!

'What a great system Shedul is'

We have trialed numerous management systems at our salon and found Shedul to be the best by far. It is simple to set up, use and train staff on. The options available are fantastic.
I have contacted the Support Team several times for advice and the response has been very helpful and very quick.
I cannot recommend 'Shedul' enough to anyone considering using a Salon Management system.

Shedul for My Coaching Business

Im using this system for my Coaching Practice and have had to think 'out of the box' a little for a 'Salon' system to work for me. Well, it has, and it does, and the best thing is I configured it myself which shows how simple it is. Would like to see a place to add my logo to individualise it, as well as integration into my work calendar, which I'm sure will come. Thanks, great system.

I have been using shedsoul for a month am loving it great I love to know how do i know that my clients got the minder massage for there appoiments cos I do the bookings everything with schedule when I book the client on shedul it's does say I mast choose e-mail or sms I choose sms cos I don't have everyone e-mail how do i know cos it does not report to if they got the sms or not

Best scheduling system i've ever used

I love how easy it is and how i can access my schedule from anywhere. All my clients love their confirmation texts and it's one less thing i have to do because they're sent automatically!

I wish i could give the customer service more than 5 stars! They really take the time to listen and reach out to their customers and are constantly striving to improve! Keep up the amazing work!

Although not using this in a salon but as a makeup distributor's software, this product works brilliantly for me! Their customer support is the best I've come across so far in an online system. Use it in as much depth as you need or simplicity as you require. Being open for suggestions they are extremely helpful and accommodating. I'd recommend this to anyone. Big things up from me!

Exceeded expectations!

Shedul is a fantastic booking system which has far exceed my expectations. I actually almost overlooked it but when I emailed a few questions and they promptly responded. I have it some more attention. I asked if anyone in one of my professional forums had used it and Shedul got rave reviews from those that have! I stayed importing my client list and services and have been hooked.

AMAZING SOFTWARE

I have been using this software for about a month now and I have been a massage therapist for quite a few years and have seen "free" sites but you find out fast that nothing is really totally free and easy to use. This program has everything I need to run my practice and keep track of invoices to charting how is spend my time in and out of work. Its a pretty amazing software.

Such a great tool to use if you have a spa. It keeps track of all your appointments in one place and so easy to use. When you have an issue, just use their contact tool to get hold of them and one of their friendly staff will be in contact with you very soon. I had a question and they answered it right away with the exact information that I needed. Most of all, it is free!
