Good for the website if you want to track performace
We have been using mouseflow from last 1 month and so far we are able to take some big business decisions becuase of the data we have received from mouse flow
Vorteile
Screen recordings are the icing on the cake when it comes to analyse the performace of the website
Nachteile
Little complicated to understand all the features. It can be more user friendly

MouseFlow helped us improve our product.
Over all we love mouseflow and we use it for a lot of products and geos in our company. I would like to see a UI Overhaul in the coming months.
Vorteile
I like the way how mouseflow handles a ton of recordings. I like the user experience
Nachteile
But i do not like the User Interface it is quite outdated. Honestly people who look at the product for the first time they will surely judge the book by its cover.
