Very intuitive

Vorteile

It is an easy to use tool for webinars, it can be branded with your own house style. The quality of the webinars is high, and the possibilities are great.

Nachteile

When we used it, the recommended browser was chrome. When you have external speakers it is a bit annoying you have to tell them which browser to use, instead of their preferred one. But perhaps that is not the case anymore.

Good for interactive webinars/product demos

WebinarGeek has been a largely positive experience from the host and presenter's point of view. I have organized over 80 webinars on the platform and the process is straightforward and streamlined. It still has great potential in a market that's only growing

Vorteile

WebinarGeek has a lot of features like integrated polls, multiple hosts, in a very intuitive UI so that new users don't need to be trained. It also has simplified workflows like screensharing and audio and saves trouble to go through elaborate processes. It is customizable and easy to manage and setup

Nachteile

It doesn't have annotation support. Users don't have the option to raise hands or unmute, unlike Zoom. It also has limited cross platform support

Best for hosting webinars on a reasonable price

Pleasant experience with the tool. It does what it offers to do, at a great price, with an excellent customer support team to help you whenever you’re in doubt. Simple and easy to use for both webinar hosts and attendees.

Vorteile

It is very simple to use for webinar hosts and attendees alike. Users can join a webinar with a single link from the customised emails hosts can send. The platform itself has cool features - there’s live chat option. You can also add co-hosts to your webinars. It’s easy and hassle-free to reach more audiences and get them to sign up. People who couldn’t attend the live, or anyone really, could watch the webinars with the replay option, and a copy of the webinar can also be mailed to the attendees. Pretty inexpensive for such a good software.

Nachteile

The interface is a bit packed and there is no mobile version, which can be a turnoff for some. Attendees do not have the option to join multiple webinars either. There is no option for formatting the customised emails.

You can trust that it works.

Just great.

Vorteile

When you think of a feature, you can be pretty sure they have it. Compared to other webinar tools, I can really trust the tool works well. If it doesn't it's pretty sure my own fault or my internet.

Nachteile

Guess the interface and front-end. I am hesitant to use the registrant pages because they don't look that good. As a small company we try to look extremely professional and these pages are not in line with that.

Best webinar software

We can easily share information with customers and prospects. Thanks to this great software we position ourself as a professional company.

Vorteile

Very easy to use, very user friendly, multiple options for view and chat. Never had a problem.

Nachteile

Lots of columns when you export the list of viewers to Excel.

Webinargeek review

The customer support is super, they are always fast, friendly and willing to help.The product is very easy to use, so setting up a webinar is not a huge task any more

Vorteile

The product is very easy to use, it's very intuitive. There is a nice range of functionalities too.

Nachteile

The look and feel is a bit outdated in a way and the product feels a bit pricy.

WebinarGeek works for you and your company

Overall a very good tool with an easy to use interface. Als the on-demand feature is a great add-on.

Vorteile

- Easy to use
- Good insight tool for after sales
-On-demand feature with capability for viewers to ask questions (which will be directed to your e-mail)

Nachteile

- When mutiple users are having mutiple seminars the interface with all the webinars is getting quite busy. I would like to see a single interface with my own webinars (those who come and those which has been done)

Simple, intuitive and great value for money!

Vorteile

WebinarGeek is intuitive you don't need a lot of technical skills to use it. Also they have a very good help page where they explain what kind of hardware to use with their software! It's awesome!

Nachteile

In the beginning there was no way to add a coupon code to a sale. But they recently changed that! Awesome!

I love it

After testing a couple of platforms I decided to go with WebinarGeek. Never regretted it.

Good UI & UX

Very user friendly and intuitive

Vorteile

User interface and user experience is very good!

Nachteile

It is not possible to switch between the roles of the extra users afterwards (co-host, moderator etc.)

Easy and complete Webinar hosting tool

We're now able to host monthly webinars and follow up with leads efficiently.

Vorteile

Lots of features, easy to use and navigate through.
