Well, this is easy-to-use software, does not require and long learning curve, Integration is super easy, and you can integrate it with your existing software!! It is very easy to manage hundreds of queries via this platform while conducting webinars. Conducting webinars has never been so easy!

The reports are very confusing sometimes, It does remove duplicate resigtration and attendees. The QnA sheet and Chat log reports are in .jason format, which poses problems to open most of the times. Setting up registration page is easy, but the customisation is not there, hence, registration page looks plain.

Compared to other video conferencing programs, zoom is the most suitable for meetings with co-workers and students, as it contains several features that facilitate coexistence between members and its design is very dynamic

I don´t like that every time you enter a meeting the audio is on, because sometimes there is a lot of external noise and the meeting is interrupted

How easy this is to push into the feature set for existing Zoom users is probably the biggest one for me. Since user adoption can be a very trying and difficult process, having this feature baked into a service users are already familiar with is invaluable. On our end, it's literally as easy as checking a box or two to activate this on our user's accounts. Since "change" in general can be met with opposition, this is very nice to have with our ratio of users to techs being ~1700:1. Anything that reduces the influx of tickets is a net positive for my team.

Nachteile

We don't generally get complaints about this feature in particular, but users have expressed frustration with breakout rooms following a Zoom meeting/Webinar and what's involved in getting to that point. I can't really fault the software on this, but with how great most of Zoom is I would think it's possible to re-evaluate the user interface to make it a bit more intuitive.

I enjoyed all its features especially the share screen function and the annotate during a zoom session. As a facilitator and trainer these are some of the function that makes a session more interactive instead of just lecturing all day.

The fact that during I get kicked out of the zoom session while it's still on and or during the time im sharing my thoughts or answering questions. By the time i'm admitted back to the session I've lost momentum or my train of thughts.

Zoom gives us various features and functionalities which help us do various activities may it be to do a presentation or to know your audience better. This software has enabled its users to take meetings on the go rather than to be present in person.

Sometimes the application crashes mid-meeting and needs a complete restart. This happens very rarely but can be improved.

The communication and interaction with all the participants are fast and easy. Have a good argument organization and can follow up on all the ideas and questions mentioned.

This is my go to virtual conference software over many other available options. It is intuitive and user friendly. It is easy to schedule meetings, share the links with everyone, and host or participate, on computer, phone or via a call.

The number of features is great. The background options like blurring, setting other things, personal touch up, multiple hosts, and more make it very customizable to one's tastes and experience.

I really wish I could open a meeting with less windows. It opens 4 per meeting each time, so I have to close three. If I could change a setting for that, I'd have no complaints.

Their customer service was......... top notch. The product itself, is ok, I have used other tools. I can say In my career, I have created/produced over 10k+ webinars and have had 54, 000 people on a webinar and Zoom is below average. On24 is a better option, but you get what you pay for.

The reporting features of Zoom are horrible. You cannot automate the integration of the data . It creates one row per response. They also lack customization.

One of the best features Zoom has to offer is it ability to allow a substantial amount of people to video conference in a single session. In the age of virtual meeting, larger companies like mine as well as educational institutions are able to benefit from the feature of the program.

My least favorite things about this program is the lack of security. Zoom, unfortunately has had a history of security issues when it comes to secure video conferencing. I hope that this is something that the company can fix as I thoroughly enjoy using the platform.

Zoom is really the best platform, either to launching a video webinars or to participate on webinars. I use it to joined training webinars from my organization and i also can record the webinars for future reference or to revise the training.

Nachteile

I had a problem with the recording files that i saved, and to transfer it to my computer. The process it taking too much time, and i usually just cancel the process as it is taking more time that i anticipated. I really hope this problem can be fixed and to cut the transferring time shorter.

Zoom is an excellent platform that allows members of the team to connect from anywhere and at anytime at the click of a single button. The user interface of the application is quite intuitive and easy to use and does not require any specific training for any user. It provides various add on features like screen sharing breakout rooms that are very useful during a meeting.

Zoom is probably the market leader in terms of meeting and communication platform and it is mainly due to the excellent features that it provides. I haven't found any features that I am not happy with until now. With each new update, Zoom surprises its users with a better version of the same.

Zoom is really easy to start - its added as the extension to your mailing software (I use outlook) and its a matter of a second to start a meeting. It can use both - dial in and web connection, which gives you options when your data is limited

What I really miss after switching from Webex - Zoom does not assign you an individual dial-in number. every time you set up a meeting - you have to get a new 9 digit invitation dial-in code that you send around.

Zoom is an extremely powerful tool if you're looking for something more formal than FaceTime or Skype with a lot more capabilities. From the virtual classroom features, to the conference style/keynote features, it has the versatility to meet every virtual need for facilitating information. Specifically in my work, I use it to collaborate with thought partners across the state and work on shared documents in real time. When I'm presenting to the group I can enter presenter mode and be the only screen allowed to project while a live comments and chat box will allow me to monitor any key questions that arise. It's super helpful.

Nachteile

So far the issue that I have been encountering with Zoom is that on multi device sessions, it doesn't prioritize those with video on screen. It sometimes gets stuck on the phone icon after someone from the phone just spoke. It's not much, but tiny things like that I do notice.

During the pandemic, online classes were implemented in order to prevent the spread of the life threatening COVID-19 virus and still enabled students to attend their classes. Zoom played an important role for me as a Marketing Officer in serena hotel as it pertained to teaching interns and trainees in our company.

•The easy to use interface made it simple and less complicated to create, host and inform my students upon each meeting that will be held.
•Build-in features that allow the students to actively interact with their classmates and the teacher is a great addition.

There’s only one feature that needs improvement in my opinion is meeting ID and passcode. There are numerous times where my students complain either the meeting ID/passcode has expired or doesn’t work resulting in creating a new zoom meeting.
