I like the ease of creating shipping labels and purchasing shipping options right there and keeps track of warehouse inventory all while doing all that.

I love ShipStation because it takes the hassle out of everything.

Once you do your basic set up you can start to keep track of your orders and for a long time, we can go back and edit orders from years back in case something new pops up with customer service

Nachteile

Since it is a web page it can fail and make your process stop.Sometimes the cache on your account makes it slow to check on order if you have high volume (customer support can assist on this).now that they are testing their new look sometims old SS can be hard to work and you ahve to go to the new look, and viceversa.

Sometimes search can get pretty tricky and not pull up what you're looking for

This one lets you recognize goods that are returned and those which are new, efficiently. Their rules are within most business limits and are really friendly. Their filters are a great shot and often enhance your platform. They are user-friendly and worth the money. Customer service is quite vibrant.

Nachteile

It is quite a complex one if yours is a big business lot. Flexibility is one issue. Mistakes made between placement and delivery of offers can create havoc, especially if more than 1000 shipments are made per day. There is no option for one to edit the manual orders. The process has to be started once again after its deletion. No detail is provided over choices of shipments with lower costs. Paypal cannot be used. No offline version for the system.

Since installing ShipStation we have saved thousands of hours for our staff. We also have become a lot more accurate since we no longer have to type in addresses. It allows users to take us a couple days to get each order imported into our POS software, picked, packaged, processed through the POS and then taken to another mail facility to mail. Since we transitioned to ShipStation, we process and ship most orders withing 24 hours. We had one order that we were able to get in ShipStation, pick, and process. The customer had their tracking number and the package was in the mail within 7 minutes of the customer placing the order.

Nachteile

The only downside is that ShipStation connect has to be run every morning to let the printers and labels connect, I wish the software had the ability to start on startup.

All the info you need is in one spot. And it checks the address to ensure it's going to a real location.

Sometimes it's hard for me to find where to change my payment source for my Stamps account. But that's more user error than app error.

I love how easy ShipStation is to use and how responsive they are to my needs. My small business is growing because of the work they put in.

I use Shipstation on the daily basis. It's easy to use and saved me a lot on International couriers cost. Worry free label setup and one click print I love the most.

I'll definitely give five stars if Ship station could sync up orders automatically in real time so that I don't need to click sync every time I sign in the service.

They are working on the Australia Post integration, which is great but it does have a few limitations at the moment.

Also, a Fastway connection would be great.
