Jolt installation.

Customer support representative was very helpful and responsive to getting our Jolt software set up for our store! We are enjoying using the lists.

Accountability and effectiveness

We have been using Joel for about two months now, and our restaurant has changed so much during that time. It has given our managers a great sense of accountability, in that they can now hold team members accountability for things that they said they did no items get missed because they have to be checked off, no items get done poorly because some items have pictures that need to be taken. It is really helped turn our staff into a better functioning unit.

Jolt is a life saver. I love that I am able to see my employees doing their task without me having to ask them. I really like that we are able to put an alarm on it so my employees know when the task are due. Getting email and text esp over the weekend to ensure the departments jobs are getting done makes my life so much easier as a supervisor. Time and supply Reduction

Jolt has allowed us to reduce the amount of paper and toner we use on a daily basis. We were able to eliminate 23 paper checklists that we used on a daily basis in our locations. The ease of use on the iPad for our Management teams has increased productivity and the visibility into the completion status is something we haven't had before. We are very happy with our switch to using Jolt for online checklists.

Great Experience for Managers and Team

Jolt has been a great addition to our restaurant. In addition to saving money with our new labeling system, we now have consistent labeling throughout our restaurant. This makes it easier to hold our team accountable for proper rotation and labeling standards. The checklists are also great, as we know who is completing tasks given to them throughout the day.

Transformed our Operations

From label making to checklist, I cannot imagine life in a restaurant without Jolt. We find new ways each month to use it to make life a little simpler, work more effect, and ensuring consistency. It also allows me to see who is completing what and when. The labels printer alone is worth the investment. Everything else is added value!

I was at first a little worried about starting with Jolt. After speaking with a couple of people that work with jolt, they were extremely patient and detail oriented with explaining everything concerning their software. Jolt has helped us keep compliant with date labeling, ease of use for team members, buy-in from team and ownership of list to complete tasks. Jolt helped simplify all of our managerial tasks in the restaurant. Easy to customize to our needs. Helps our managers to finish tasks timely. Love the labeling system, it takes all of the guess work out of product expiration and ensures accuracy.

Using the Joltup System has taken away paper and messy clipboards. There is no need to remember to do something as Jolt just reminds you instantly. controlling 13 other sites from one computer also helps as well with keeping an eye on them.
