Effective Adult Learning Platform

We have used Matrix as our LMS for adult online learning with great success. It is flexible, and very easy to upload and edit even for me who is very much a neophyte at creating online learning. We ran a pilot group of 30 users around the world and collected their feedback via Survey Monkey. In ease of use, variety of learning tools, clarity of format, and use of multimedia elements the feedback indicated that between 90-100% of the users were satisfied and extremely satisfied with Matrix. When challenges arise, the support team responds within hours and has been extremely helpful. As well, the Matrix team does not sit on their laurels, but is constantly upgrading their product in response to user's needs. In my opinion, Matrix is a top notch LMS.

Great and easy LMS

We use MATRIX LMS to provide peer-to-peer training. The online forums are a big asset to us since our coaches work remote and this is their way of connecting, sharing their experience and getting advice when they need it. Another thing is that the course is asynchronous, we really profit from this feature as it gives a chance to the learner to take the course anytime and anywhere.
MATRIX is a very simple system compared to other online platforms we used, more user-friendly, and the content is easier to deal with. The MATRIX support team has been very responsive, every time we had an issue, we sent it through the forum and we got an instant reply, and that makes us feel valued as customers.

As we're a new English Language Centre, we have found your platform really useful, and we're trying to set everything ready for the beginning of the 2014 school year.
Generally, I dare to say that the site looks really good, and appealing to students, thanks to the wide variety of activities that can be included (thinking as an English as a second language teacher).
I couldn't find any negative point so far, since we are just starting with it, the way of creating the activities, uploading info, and communicating with the students, teachers, parents, and other members of the Centre is really friendly.

Best LMS System

Matrix, LMS is one of the easiest and most user friendly platforms I've ever used. I've built classes for the previous 5 years using Moodle and Blackboard, and Matrix is by far my favorite to use. I love the setup and flow to the courses with the use of the modules. There are many options to build content and assessments within each module that are easy to add, edit, and create. Students have virtually no learning curve as they start using the platform. The service team is continuously working to update the platform and add features as requested. I'm thrilled with the courses we've built for our program and look forward to growing with Matrix.

Its basically using a platform that will complement face to face learning.In the near future, Online Learning will be fully employed, hence this will really be of help. NEO LMS is friendlier than other providers, at least in my experience as Administrator and the one supervising the implementation of the same.

Extremely powerful

I come from a software development background but nowadays I help small training companies get portals/websites and online learning courses up and live using MatrixLMS. I have pushed it to its limits by adding custom code, overriding default settings, etc. and I've always found the product to be powerful enough to do what I want and the customer support team to respond quickly with the information I need. I'm still staggered at just how much this product can do - no need for a separate website, Matrix LMS covers it.

Just what we were looking for!

We were looking for an LMS with a variety of learning experiences, that made it easy to copy and reuse classes, that had automated course offerings, interactive learning, customization and e-commerce features. We found that and so much more with MATRIX.

Our instructors enjoy the easy management of grades, the ability to copy course content, and the mobile grading. The learners like the forums, discussions, and debates features. And of course there's gamification, that made our courses a lot more fun and engaging.

Great LMS, functional, versatile, attractive, good value

This LMS is a great asset to our organization since 2015. It's quite versatile for creating educational content, managing user accounts, operating online classes, and customizing the school portal. There's lots more that this LMS can do than we are currently using.

Pros: affordable $rates for small schools, ongoing improvement of software/addition of features, capability for audio/video recording, excellent and prompt technical support

Cons: no PDF annotation for marking student assignments yet

We love the fact that the platform is mobile friendly. They offer a very good true blended learning experience and besides the traditional features, they also have gamification with points and bonuses, badges, and awards.

MATRIX LMS has all the modern features that an LMS should have. I don't know another one that could compete with it. It's constantly improving and the support team is fantastic.

Training our medical staff

We are very pleased with our MATRIX LMS platform!
We love that it is easy to use by our medical (non-technical) staff, it has a superb user interface, you can create engaging courses with everything you need fast, and the technical team always pays attention to our requests and makes regular updates to the site.
There really isn't any other system that we would rather use in training our staff.

Great product

I'm really impressed about how good this site looks, i haven't seen anything like it before and it's quite easy to use. Even if you happen to get stuck, which is very unlikely, the team is always there to answer questions and guide you through.

One thing in particular that i enjoy using and makes my life a whole lot easier is being to import courses or enroll students with just a few clicks.

Matrix - A LMS on the right path

Reports are very important on my business, so I would like they were easy to use and the schedule reports sent to each organization by email could be beautifull and easy to make decisions, not in csv.

Social media are important to promote engajement, and until now, neither the students nor I can´t publish their certificates directly from Matrix But at all, you´re amazing.

I´ve been using the free version of Edu 2.0, now NEO LMS, for almost five years. I have never had problems, nor my students. I love it. My students, also teachers, are using it now for their own classes. It is really great! It has almost all we need. and very easy to use. English is not our first language but we can manage it well.

Best choice for a small business LMS

I've reviewed them all for use with my business ( training firm). The matrix may not be the prettiest, but it does offer the best price to feature ratio of any LMS on the market.

It is very easy to use, versatile and gives wonderful user experience.

I have been using for a while now and I really I can say that it has been a great experience.

One thing I would like to see is that NEO LMS needs to give the option to buy modules that we as educator might need for specific classes.
