Great features, user friendly call software
Vorteile
This software has a very clean user dashboard. It displays all of the necessary call information in a clear and concise manner. The features are also very easy to use, employees that I’ve had trouble with past software think that everywhere 365 is much more user-friendly.
Nachteile
Some people think that the multiple tabs can be confusing at first, but once you get the layout of the software it becomes easier to navigate.

I found it a great way to stay in touch, and to have a record of messages and details.
Vorteile
Easy to use to communicate to team members both in and out of the local facility. Always available. When loaded to my cell phone, being in touch was easy.
Nachteile
Have to remember to shut it off while on break - so easy to be reached, and to reach out. It is covenient

There was a time when Skype Business was the best...
Used to use it daily; but corporate went Teams way.
Vorteile
As for a corporate messaging solution, Skype Business still has some value. But the competition, especially Teams, have way more functionality now.
Nachteile
After buying Lync and joining it with Skype, I thought things would go better for them. But desktop application was less than intuitive. Needing many clicks, bad copy-paste experiences would really throw someone off

Great for Communication
Vorteile
Its so easy to reach out to someone via chat and to call. Messages are linked to email, so you can go back and find the conversations again. The notifications are subtle and not too distracting but also its hard to miss and forget about a message. Caller ID is great, and love that you can add photos within the organization.
Nachteile
Sometimes when I would forward my calls to my cell the call wouldn't go through.

Anywhere 365 is the go to for us to perform many interoffice call queue management functions. We manage our resident functions with the software, track video conferencing, and hold webinars on the platform. The software is seamless and easy to use.

Very easy and coinvent application you can call , chat anytime. Best part for me was you can even dial phone numbers and get free calls.
Nachteile
I think everything is nice except when we are connected in both PC and mobile notifications missed an even if you are away it still shows you available which is misleading

I would prefer to use the other applications like MS TEAMS, ZOOM, and others.
Vorteile
Quality of video and audio is good. It is still used by many government organizations in developing countries and we need to bear with this APP.
Nachteile
Too much outdated. Skype is becoming outdated and Teams has better features. But we need to use when we are required to.

Skype is an excellent platform for communicating with colleagues and clients.
It has improved my productivity as well work quality. Also one of the best platform to organise meetings.

Skype is very easy to use, we can organize meetings, do video call and also share files very fastly. The best thing about skype is we can share our screen with the other users so that they can understand what is exactly happening at this end.

Anywhere365 for Skype Business has realy helpes us in achieving a lots of communications without any compromise at my firm. It is very esential to our firm and will recommend it to anyone anytime.

The quality of the video data being transmit from one end to another is top notch. Other features i enjoy is the call to clients that are not on Skype through normal call or landline.

So far so good i love everything about skype it heps our firm to stay ahead of many physical pose challenges.

I use Skype for meetings and classes.
This software makes it easy to communicate with people across the globe. I can feel a little closer than just a phone call when I can see who I'm having a conversation with and our discussions seem to stay with me longer.
Vorteile
I like the ability to be able to see one another during a meeting or learning opportunity. It is very useful to be able to show a visual to explain a problem, tool, or project while discussing it.
Nachteile
Sometimes Skype lags, depending on how many people are connected, and we sometimes have dropped calls that have to reconnect. We either end up waiting for reconnects, or the dropped calls miss out on important information.

Vorteile
I love that I can chat and visually show my business partners in Costa Rica my question or issue. It's a great collaboration tool.
Nachteile
I wish there were more emoticons. :). Seriously, these are a key tool we use to communicate beyond the one dimension of the chat.

Reliable, flexible and easy to use.
Vorteile
Clean look, responsive design, easy to use and navigate, great and useful dashboard reports. Also it has seamless integration with Skype for business and Oracle. Nice features like real time translation, call recording and screen recording.

Finally a contact center that integrates problem free with skype for business. programming is very graphic oriented which makes it easy for anyone .

The functionality is pretty easy. I like that my conversations can be automatically saved to Microsoft Outlook, so I can easily find them.

Sometimes the program has periods of freezing, but it doesn't happen enough for me not to use this product.

How do I get it off? Can't uninstall it.
It was ok on the user experience. There are better one's now in functionality especially for business. I'm just turned off from the trial as I used it and now can't get it off my system. I wouldn't buy it - if you have someone training off it maybe but now I can't get it off and it's just irritating me now.

During the training, it was decent to use but not the most user friendly figuring out what the icons were to use during the class.
Nachteile
You can't uninstall it from your task bar and it keeps chiming up. I went into my control panel and uninstalled it. But the app keeps showing up so I went into app uninstall and it is still there. The most irritating thing is it keeps coming up when I log into my computer. I didn't mind trying it for a training but now it is annoying. It is also not a program I'm continually using or at this time would choose to given how difficult it is just trialing it.

I will love to switch to better quality software as I believe that there is a lot of space for improvement over here.

Skype for business is a very useful tool to communicate with office colleagues and clients. It is easily accessible and user-friendly. I like it as it provides all the notifications of users' communications. I can call my international clients and receive notifications on pc too while working in the office.
Nachteile
Lags while connecting groups of people. It is unstable. As far as you have fewer people in a group it's ok but we start experiencing issues like lags, delays, and files accessibility issues as soon as more people start joining the groups.

I use Anywhere365 to communicate with employees and colleagues on a regular basis. It’s come in handy during the pandemic. There are a lot of great features. Overall it’s a great messaging, video, and calling service for businesses.
Vorteile
I’ve never had any issues with the messaging and calling features. Video and audio are great and connection is always fast. The interface is easy to navigate as well so it’s not hard for employees to learn.
Nachteile
I wish there were more features that came with the free plan. You get a lot with the paid plan but it can be a little pricey. The free plan is basic and gets the job done but you miss out on a lot of great features that come with the paid plan.

I would recommend to anyone using documents and microsoft in order to stay on the same page with more ease across the board.
Vorteile
I like the ease and accessibility. Sometimes with team members having different forms of technology to communicate, it makes it much easier to use this to communicate among everyone and still have access to the items needed in discussion instead of overcrowding with different programs.

Overall the software is ok but it has quite a bit of flaws.

The connection and broadband stays good throughout the meeting, and there are very few connection issues.
Nachteile
The layout in my opinion is kind of challenging to navigate. Also there is a features paywall the free version lacks many features.

Easy To Use But Inconsistent
Used fairly regularly despite constant issues with connectivity. Ended up switching off the product due to those issues and the price tag. It worked alright, but you need patience.

I've always had issues with Skype and the calls freezing or disconnecting. I've never had the best luck with Skype products in that regard.

I really like how skype has a call option, which allows you to make international calls at a really cheap rate. I use this all of the time to call internationally!

If you do not pay for an account, you do not get to pick your phone number, which means not everyone will answer your phone calls as the area code could be one they do not recognize.
