Jive VoIP Phone System
Vorteile
The customer portal and customer service that Jive provides is great. The call parking and the presence monitoring have added more benefits to the customer service team than we had imagined. Everyone is very knowledgeable and courteous.
Nachteile
The only difficulty is if any employee changes offices or locations.

Started off pretty well but then started having problems daily

Unfortunately nothing comes to mind. I'm sure they are doing their best but I had a lot of issues with this product.
Nachteile
This product was great a couple years ago but then the issues started to pile up until there were issues on a daily basis. Some of those issues included dropped calls and poor connections.

Easy to use and great support!
Vorteile
The transition from landline to VOIP was seamless. Any issues that we've had with the phones have been remedied within an hour if not less.
Nachteile
I'd like to use the "soft phone" application on the computer paired with my headset. I wish there was a way to navigate the call screen without using your mouse.

Great Portal, Amazing Features, Terrible Customer Support

The customer online portal is intuitive, easy to use and easy to make changes with on the fly.
Nachteile
The technical support. The wait times seem to average 10 minutes, which is not acceptable when your phones aren't working and you are trying to keep a business going.

It's simple to use and has friendly service. I really love their customer service. More companies should use Jive as a template for customer service.
Nachteile
Nothing. I have used this company for about 4 months now. The only snag I have run into was something on my end that Jive quickly helped me resolve.

Jive has been the answer to my small business problems. They were great at listening to my thoughts, concerns and hopes. They were able to create a system that works perfectly for my small business. They have a great tracking system that follows up and makes sure your concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to the little guys looking for a BIG company appearance!

Execellent Project & Great Service

The phone service is very clear and works great. Setting up the phones is simple. I really liked the training session they provided when you first get the service, but they always answer my questions when I have them.
Nachteile
The billing department is slow. It takes time to get responses from them.

It offers a professional phone interchange that is affordable for small businesses. It's easy to use and flexible, and it can forward to cell phones, etc., so you can get calls wherever you are. I'm so glad we found Jive!

I am a small one man show. I only use the surface features. Overall I am very pleased.

Fast and friendly customer service!
Vorteile
All calls and emails are answered by techs who speak English as a first language and are always available in my time zone. Our service works well, and we are saving a significant amount each month on phone service.
Nachteile
So far there is nothing negative to say about Jive communications

I'm a new Jive user and have to say that this service is stellar. The user interface just works and is very intuitive; the service is crystal clear, and the support has been nothing short of fantastic.

I like the Hosted PBX and the control that you have over your system. The customer support is out of this world amazing! You always get a live person that is excited to help you. And let's not forget how great the pricing is.

Jive was not my first choice, but it was definitely the best choice!
Vorteile
I like the ease of implementation and the fact that they have local (Orem, UT-based) support people and not people overseas. It is so simple to use that we no longer have a "phone guy."
Nachteile
Like least? Uh, that it isn't free. That is about it. We LOVE Jive.

Noth worth the great sales pitch

Sounds great and was ok to setup, but overall a bit more hands on than expected
Nachteile
The billing was incorrect, the support took forever to reply, the ability to block callers who won't stop calling was not available. Total waste of time and effort

If the internet is down, you are toast! The smart phone app didn't work well for us. Our hardwired handsets work well, but the smart phone app did not.

Sometimes I receive long voice mails that are only loud noise. I'm not sure where it comes from.

It is pretty straight forward and we get all the services we need and everything is available remotely.
Customer service is superior!

The phone is easy to use. I can send faxes by email, retrieve messages and forward calls remotely.
Nachteile
no manual, and ease of use is from calling 611-
Wish emailing faxes was a little simpler, meaning no account number needed in the subject line.

Ease of use and flexibility. Can use the product all over do to a great app on the phone. We enjoy the extension it can handle and detail in reports. E fax is nice feature mainly the product preforms well.
Nachteile
The Text messaging does not pull #'s out of our contact list on the phone app. Make a great function less attractive.

New customer - experience so far is very good.
Quick setup - were able to choose our phone number - able to use app internationally when we travel.
Vorteile
Appreciated the training and support - system seems super-flexible, eager for clients to use it and see if they agree.
Nachteile
We did not understand the way charges were handled, so we racked up a giant monthly bill for ourselves without realizing what we were doing. This turned into a 'plus' when we contacted our rep and they actively worked with us to correct the mistakes we had made!
