Vorteile
Versum has helped me in many ways, but most of all I love that fact that I no longer have to run to the phone whenever it rings - I'm using online booking now and it saves me a lot of trouble, and my clients are happy because I'm not distracted anymore. The system also helps me keep track of my stock level, which is great because I was never able to get a grip on that.
Nachteile
There's really nothing that I don't like. It's honestly hard to come up with a feature that wouldn't live up to my expectations.

this software has revolutionized my booking system. my staff can all book my appointments on multiple platforms/PCs simultaneously. customers love the texts/email reminders. it has reduced my "did not attend" rate and has increased my customer satisfaction and retention.
Nachteile
some of the public holidays are auto-blocked off, that are not applicable. eg. Irish bank holidays that arent in England, would be shown automatically as an "off day", but in England this is not the case. so it is a bit cumbersome to get to the screen to change this. Sometimes we just over-ride and book it, but it is a little bit frustrating.

Excellent Salon Software
Excellent experience. The interface seemed to me a bit too poor at first glance but I got used to it very quickly. Functionality is perfect. I love the freedom in creating own labels for the appointments.
The customer support can not be praised too much. Excellent communication.

Quick and efficient use. Our no shows dropped to virtually non existent. We're about to launch online booking. So many benefits and I can honestly say there have been no negatives to this system

The quickness of the system is brilliant. After using a different system for a year this system has made our business function much more efficiently. The features are also great. All the email/and reminders, birthday reminders and newsletter functions make keeping your clients informed is excellent. Our no show percentage has dropped down to virtually non existent.
Nachteile
There's nothing I don't really like. I've had minimal issues and as stated previous anything was quickly rectified or explained through the online chat facility or on the knowledge base support.

Online use, so we feel our data is safer than stored on the pc.

Just perfect software for anyone in Beauty business. Very easy to use, helpful for those who work over time - from home(according to the shedule). Works great for commisions calculating, backbar using products, deliveries and etc. Save your time and just buy it :)

We choose Versum because it is very intuitive and easy to use. I have checked up a lot competitive software doing trials or watching demos, but did not find another as Versum. You can start using it in just one click without any training. But Versum has a lot of features inside which are not shown in a glance. Training is mandatory if want to go into deep.
Nachteile
Not all features are completely documented. Being complex software Versum hides a lot of features which have to be explored with the help of the support team or by reading manuals. That manuals are not very detailed. They explain the feature and how to use it but often you can't do it by your self without support.

We have been using Versum for around 5 months now and we are very impressed with our experience. We have found the customer service and support to be excellent, the system itself is very user friendly and the online booking aspect is loved by our customers as it is incredibly easy to use and works as it should. Before switching to Versum, we tried numerous other online booking systems out there and have found Versum to be the best by far! We cannont thank Versum enough! You have made it much easier for us to run our business and accept online bookings.

The price is great but most importantly the user interface on both the front and back end of the system is perfect and looks professional on our website for customers but also works great for our employees when using it in the salon.

Overall the system is easy to use and makes managing a business salon a lot easier.
Vorteile
It automatically allocates the amount we need for clients, allowing for easier scheduling. Hairdressers are able to see their work schedule when they're not in the salon. Cancellations or any other changes to appointments are easier to introduce rather than it is in a physical appointment book.
Nachteile
Unfortunately the software allocates the time for appointments without offering gaps in it while the client is sitting with the colour on her hair, which is the time for another client to be served. This makes scheduling a little bit more tricky as you have to asses the time in your head for when you can have another client.

Great online booking tool. Easy to use. Good value for money.
Vorteile
Versum has excellent and versatile functionality but is simple to use. It is excellent value for money and the support staff were really fantastic in helping us to get set up and switch over from our previous system. It allows us to keep track of all of our bookings and income. Customers can book and also pay online if they wish to and it has really streamlined our booking process. I can't recommend this software highly enough.
Nachteile
So far, we haven't really found a downside to this software. We are relatively new to using it but so far it has met or exceeded the expectations of what we require.

Get Versum
Love all the details it offers to keep track of all your beauty salon information. Keeps you on track and organized. I love this app and the customer service is beyond EXCELLENT!! Anytime I have a question they respond right away. Very friendly too! I would definitely recommend this software. Reasonable price as well.

It really helps us schedule our appointments easily and the system is very well thought out and excellent value. Customer service has been professional but not pushy and that has made the experience so easy.
Nachteile
Ideally the app calendar would be easier to view and have a weekly view option. A faster load time of the days as you scroll would be a big help.

Verdsum has been a revaluation for a one therapist busy skin clinic.
Does everything I need.
Vorteile
It has made what seemed like a huge mountain to climb seem relatively easy. I have been holding off getting my diary and stock online and Versum have been so supportive I am actually starting to enjoy using it rather than being confused and overwhelmed. Staff and customer service excellent.
Nachteile
I would like a notes section that I can see on every week so I can look at invoices that need paying that week or clients waiting for cancellations. This is the only thing.

It's exceptionally versatile compared to the previous system I used (Salonium) giving you the means to book treatments and communicate with your patients/customers in a wide variety of efficient and effective ways. Patients like it which is the important thing!
Nachteile
As with all these technological changes, it has taken a wee bit of time to get used to the new software. I haven't really come across any cons but admittedly only launched it last week so it's early days.

After a lot of research and trying out several programs we chose Versum. There is various software out there but no other was as effective and straightforward at the same time.
