We all search for lower cost services, maybe they can lower the price point for the simplest policies, but given the amount of effort it saves, in the end the price is OK.

First of all, I'd like to mention the support: they always answer in a timely manner and their help is always effective. The software is the most complete tool to generate and maintain privacy and cookie policies and to gather cookie consent.

Managing cookie consent is a little more tricky, as you have to set up more features. I guess that the GDPR rules don't help, though...

Hk usato iubenda per adiempiere al GDPR sui siti web, sia e-commerce che non.È molto utile perchè è sempre aggiornato e ha tantissime guide che ti aiutano nell’integrazione sui siti. È facile da usare e molto intuitivo e per ogni licenza che acquisti ti invia email per assicurarsi che tu sia in regola.

Was easy to build forms and cookie policies using templates and wizard. Many shortcodes and intergration for form building. A good choice of styling options and abilty to use via imbed, or plug-in.

I would say for the most part, that the solution is expensive in comparison to other services offering fully compliant web forms and/or policies. If you know a thing or two about HTML/CSS, the styling and embed does not really matter all that much.

It does a lot of work for you. Takes care of document structure and makes sure you don't forget a critical section. I also really like how it scans my website and lets me know what I should consider including in my policies.

per compilare la privacy nn essendo un avvocato e vuoi un aiuto per la compilazione,

nessuno ti risponde e ti lasciano d'avanti allo schermo pieno di cose incomprensibili

e cosi l'unica cosa che riesci a fare clicchi qualche pulsante a caso creando un documento importante sensa sapere cosa stai creando .

provi a chiedere un' aiuto vedi i risultati.

Iubenda garantisce la gestione dei cookie sul tuo sito, è comodo pratico ed intuitivo, ti segue passo passo nella creazione del pop-up su misura per il tuo sito

sarebbe molto carino se fosse possibile personalizzare la grafica dell'anteprima pop-up per renderlo in linea con la grafica del sito

Iubenda is not your lawyer but it's your trustful resource that you can go to get the right data, at the right time and just the amount you need. and they've been doing this for long tim.

The think that I liked about Iubenda is that you can simply check and uncheck the service that you use on your website and it will generate automatically all the files that you need.

Maybe that the pro plan is linked to a privacy policy and not to the account which is not good because deleting a privacy policy (as i have done) you cannot create another one with a pro plan until you contact the support team.
