Greatly improved the stock control

We have been using CIN7 and XERO since November 2015. I'd highly recommend CIN7 as the on boarding team is very helpful and is always open for suggestions and willing to find a solution to suit your needs. It has greatly improved the stock control and has a lot more functions to explore.

Managing our stock smarter and more efficiently

Going from managing our multiple warehouses and stock that we have out on trial with Customers via multiple excel spreadsheets to CIN7 has been an eye opening experience, we have found stock around the country that we were unaware of, and instead on continuously re-ordering more stock because our main warehouse didn't have any, we can now see exactly what each Rep has on hand and can move stock to where it is needed.
Cin7 is very quickly proving it it's worth helping us work smarter and more efficiently.

Easy to use

We are using Cin7 with Shopify and Xero for our clothing manufacturing business for both the manufacturing side and point for sale. So far it has been easy to use and the customer service has been quick to reply to our questions.

Its been okay so far

Bad onboarding experience, accountants still working through putting everything together (were supposed to go live October 1st).
Customer service was very average. System is easy to use.

Very capable and flexible software, great for a bookshop

Multi-currency and freight-cost allocation functions are a great time-saver. Data input is straightforward and fast to use. Customer service in answering questions and servicing report customisation requests is excellent.

Our transition to Cin7 was smooth and stress free. We found the system very easy to use and continue to enjoy the simplicity without losing any of the key features we were wanting.

Overall we are happy with Cin7 however lately we have been experiencing a few problems... pages not loading/taking a very long and error messages coming up on the screen.

Cin 7 has been the best inventory program we have used so far. The people there have been very helpful and quick with any questions I have had.

Ortus & Cin7

We use Cin7 as it allows us to buy and sell products in the way that we want to, and by its link to Xero we can run our General ledgers the way we want to as well, ie without having to run COGS Balance Sheet for Inventory. The process flow is quite easy to pick up, the reports are detailed and can be changed to show required data by drag & drop using the pivot table design.

New Users of Cin7

Cin7 has enhanced the efficiency of our business practice especially in my job role where entering orders on a daily basis has become a lot easier. Our old system was to hand write all orders which was left open to a high level of human error. Cin7 hasn't completely eliminated all mistakes but it has reduced the number of mistakes that have been made in the past.

Still so many flaws for mistake

Easy to use program, but still so many mistake can be made for first time users as there is no limit as how far you want to fill the fields

Food Industry inventory software

helpful in linking and managing all aspects of operations, though a bit difficult to understand at first.

Easy to implement

We have been using Cin 7 for a few years, it was simple to implement and integrate with Xero, 3PL, Shopify, Magento and EDI. It is simple and flexible to use great for any mid sized business or anyone starting out. There are a few limitations but generally a great all round solution.

This company failed to provide us any adequate on boarding time outside of New Zealand Hours

I had little training in CIN7 and I found my way by myself so i guess anyone can use CIN7.

Moving over to Cin7

Recently we have moved over to Cin7 after over 15 years of using another software package. Cin7 has many new functions that are great and some that are very easy to use. The support team also responses promptly to our request. Thanks guys.

After trading for 12 years on another Access based inventory system we made the switch to Cin7. It was a big change for the organization we have continued to work with the team at Cin7 to refine our processes to improve overall operations.

Fantastic customer service team

I have not actually had Cin7 running at its full capacity as yet (due to a lack of time on my part to commit to data entry), but so far its fantastic. The support has been very helpful and the software lives up to expectations.
