Great service for my music studio!
Vorteile
The most impactful features that MMS offer for my studio is the auto-pay feature and calendar for scheduling lesson.
Nachteile
Some of the layouts make it a little confusing or hard to find the right info.

great personal attention
The customer service at My Music Staff is super helpful. And personable. And fast. Real human beings who care about their work. It is a treat.
Vorteile
The most useful feature for me is disseminating files to my students. I send out audio files and pdfs and they get stored easily in folders.
Nachteile
I place several files in folders every week. It is time consuming to move the files from one place to another because the titles for main folders do not look different than the titles for the internal folders (except that they are longer. I wish the different levels were bolded or capitalized.

I would like to automate scheduling.
Vorteile
I love that all the information my students need to register is automated and I receive the registration information In an email.
Nachteile
I find scheduling very difficult because it doesn't have features I need. (maybe it does now..?)

Great app for music teachers
Music Staff has saved me a lot of time by emailing parents with overdue invoices.

A Great Way to Manage a Music Studio
Great!
Vorteile
I really like the invoice management feature and the ability to keep track of expenses. My accountant is very impressed at tax time.
Nachteile
It's was a little hard to get used to the managing of accounts.

This is software could easily replace your secretary.
I was first unsure of the overall need of such a software, but once I started I never want to go back. It combines all the features you could want to organize, plan and structure your work flow, not just for you but for the students. I don't know anything similar I could recommend.
Vorteile
The schedules can be easily made and spontaneously changed. You don't loose the track of unmade payments. With the recent Covid-Situations it made some quick adjustments to employ all features needed for a proper quality online schooling.
Nachteile
I still didn't find a way to integrate and synchronise the calendar with my own day to day calendar. Apart from that I can't think of any feature that i personally am missing, or others could possibly need.

The BEST Studio Management Toolkit
The Support team is very responsive and helpful. I'm always exploring new ways to utilize built-in features. They also are very receptive to feedback. I've submitted some feedback and seen it integrated and implemented within weeks. Of course this depends on the logistics of the programming, but I was very impressed at how they have built it over the years based on what their customers are saying. Well done My Music Staff Team!
Vorteile
I love that all of my admin, even updating my webpage, is done in ONE place. It's intuitive, mobile friendly and aesthetically pleasing. As a creative soul, many software systems have felt daunting, but the design and flow of this one makes it easy to do admin! And most recently, the introduction of the beta SMS to parents and students has been AMAZING!

Made Business 10 Times better!
I used to have to almost beg parents to pay tuition for their child, now an Automatic Invoice does all that work for me. I love working with the children, not so much the business end and this has saved so much time that I can really focus on doing what I love while knowing that the financial end is mostly taken care of with minimal effort.
Vorteile
I love that It's so easy to send an invoice to people who have forgotten to pay, and then instead of waiting another week for them to come to class, they can pay right then! It keeps everything organized much better and easier than I could ever do myself!
Nachteile
It's a little hard to learn at the beginning, but customer service helped a lot and I got over that quickly.

I love My Music Staff
I use MyMusicStaff to schedule lessons and track makeup lessons, remember birthdays, connect with parents, keep track of music I’ve loaned out, send invoices and track payments. I also use the website they provide to have a presence on the web and a way for new students to sign up. There are also many other options available. So much has been added over the years. The developers are intuitive and really seem to care about making this program useful and user friendly.
Vorteile
Easy to stay organized. Scheduling and payments are all handled easily.
Nachteile
I don’t really have any major complaints.

Good resources
I can see my schedule, take attendance, and print out my end of the year earnings and costs statements.
Vorteile
Good resources and prompt responses. Easy to use on computer, phone, or tablet.
Nachteile
The calendar sometimes takes time to load, which makes taking attendance during s lesson difficult.

Gould's Vocal Studio
I have all of my students information in one spot. I take notes, I have their information when it's time for festival, I have their parents information.

It really has everything in one spot. I cannot think of anything that it's missing.

Can't live without it

Sometimes it's not user friendly and I have to grab my husband to help me out.
