Every time their system went down (which happened way too often), our entire business was paralyzed with no way to retrieve important information. Instead of actually helping, they just gave us excuses. The lack of professionalism and responsibility is shocking. If you value your business, your data, and your sanity, do not waste your time or money on this service. They are irresponsible, their support is useless, and their service is a joke. We ultimately had no choice but to leave, and I will make sure to warn others on every platform possible. It has many features that we use, and the number one reason is that I could do ACH with Stripe. My former platform never allowed that, they force you into Worldpay. It can be fairly asynchronous, meaning if we don't fix the issue on chat, it might be a few days before we fix it or it might even fall by the wayside. The AI component is a bit overhyped, and that we have to pay extra for AI credits isn't great.
