connecting the KDS with the POS was a little bit difficult at the start - make sure they're connected to the same wifi - we hotspot off one phone as we are a food truck which works well for us. on the KDS click settings then on the POS printer add in the IP address listed on KDS screen. In back office make sure you click all categories to print and then add all your items to a category list, this was the way I found that it would send from POS to KDS otherwise it just does the print test only.

Loyverse is very intuitive. The functions are more than enough to facilitate the needs of our shop.

It would be easier managing my inventory if in the image of every item is also shown in the item list.

What I like most about Loyverse POS is that I get to keep customers database and paperless on bills. With business logo on the receipt, it does help on my business branding too.

About registering its in dollars and its automatic thé registration base on number employees u entered.. i paid already for 2 employees but i intent to register only 1 but the payment was made already after i deleted 1 employee.. hope it will credited on my nxt registration

We use loyverse as a pos for our small restaurant and the ease of use along with its versatility are great

The only function I would recommend would be the ability to run two or more pos tablets from the same cash till and have them sync automatically keeping track of till float.

What I like about Loyverse is how little time you have to spend to learn and navigate the POS/App. It's absolutely user-friendly and requires minimal assistance from them.

When we randomly chose this app two years ago, we weren't aware of the capabilities of the app. However, what we found out exceeded our expectations by far.

There's a restricted functionality on smaller screens (i.e. smartphones) - you can't customise the item list.Reservations and order management would be a nice feature :).
