Excellent Accounting System

Flexibility is good in how transactions are processed - much less restrictive than Simply Accounting.
I like not having to worry about backups and having historical (previous year) data live is great.
Reporting could be better but I have learned to work with it. Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss work well - an A/R Aged Trial Balance might be nice but isn't a big deal.
I feel confident Kashoo will provide all the security needed and are dedicated to me and to their system.

Great Product

It is easy to use, easy to share with my accountant, and mobile-friendly. What's not to love? This is the first accounting software I've used that isn't overly complicated for me while being complicated enough for my accountant.

Excellent

I use the kashoo app and it's so easy and quick to use. I can add in all my receipts and expenses with just a few clicks, which makes keeping up with all my accounting such a breeze. Plus the mobile app means I can now take my business accounts with wherever I go, making life super conveinient. The customer service team are super friendly and helpful if you have a problem and the webinars mean you can easily find out more about using kashoo's functions.

User-friendly interface perfect for one-person business

I came across Kashoo about a year ago and am delighted with it. After years of experimenting with low-brow solutions (shoe boxes, Excel spreadsheets) and software that was far more complicated than what I need (Quicken), I've finally found something in the middle suitably easy to use, yet powerful enough to do everything that I need it to do. I love the user interface and the simplicity of Kashoo's design. It takes the drudgery out of accounting.

In the years I have been using Kashoo I have never had many reasons to contact customer service, but when I have they have always responded quickly, efficiently and are extremely friendly.

Accounting Made Easy

I have a small English conversation school in Japan and for my needs this is a very easy to use accounting service. Everything is laid out clearly. Since I work in Japan, the fact that I can work in yen was also a big selling point for me. Being able to see the month to month charts on my phone or ipad at anytime is a big help when you just want to get a quick picture of what's happening. I would definitely recommend Kashoo.

A Great System for anyone that likes things simple and easy

I love Kashoo and have been with them since 2011. The system follows basic accounting principles. The charm of this web app is that it is simple, easy and yet versatile enough that you can make complex transactions clean while still keeping people accountable. The newest feature of attaching any file format to specific transactions is a winner and has helped reduce my workload for researching. Keep up the great job Kashoo!

A well recommended software

At first I was a bit apprehensive using such program but now I've never regret moving our system to Kashoo. It's user friendly and convenient.

Best cloud accounting software

Kashoo has a great user interface that allows accounting fast and efficient. The great app for iPhone and iPad makes it very easy to get the latest data on the go. I like to do the accounting with kashoo (it's almost fun)!
Especially great is:
- caching the data field
- easy lookup of account via edit filter
- clear structured user interface

So simple anyone can use it

I love Kashoo! I really like its simplicity of use, the ongoing training, great support whenever you need it, and Kashoo seems to care about the little guy, in my case gal. Don't get me wrong, there is room for improvement, there always is, but all-in-all this is a great improvement over my Excel spreadsheet and keeps getting better.

Simple to use, yet plenty capable.

Pros: Very simple to use

Syncs via API to my payroll and webstore systems

Cons:
Multi currency support could be better. (iPad doesn't support multi currency, and my year end financial statements needed some manual adjustments to correctly account for gain/loss on foreign exchange)

Love the bank feeds

The price and usability attracted me to try using Kashoo for managing my family trust. Since I have started I have never looked back. It is easy to use, the price is realistic and the few times I have needed some support the team at Kashoo responded quickly and effectively.

What the doctor ordered

I needed an online accounting solution that a non-accountant could use and that could be accessed from anywhere. Kashoo has been a wonderful solution for over 3 years, and my accountant appreciates the easily exported books and ledger entries to do my annual taxes. Thanks Kashoo!!

Perfect simple product at a great price!

For someone like me, whose business is small and strictly service based with no inventory, it's straight forward and simple to use, and the price is perfect. I use quick books for my clients' bookkeeping needs, but it is more than I require. Kashoo is perfect.

Our experience has been excellent. Very easy to use and nice layout.

Pros: The user interface is easy to use. Data entry is simple & concise. Reports provide detailed info and are easy to read.
Cons: Expenses module-having a one time vendor without having to setup as a new vendor if there is a similarly named vendor.

Easy to use and provides everything you need in an accounting program.

The program just works for me, i'am not an accountant or bookkeeper but needed a program that was user friendly, time sensitive, multiple platforms and produced the results required to manage my business in a professional manner.
