Die übergreifende Suchfunktion ist ein echter Segen und funktioniert fantastisch.

Google Meet sorgt oft für die Verlangsamung des Rechners. Gäste haben oft Probleme. Der Anruf aus dem Workspace ist bei Wettbewerbern im UX besser gelöst.

Das man nichts Downloaden oder installieren muss und alles online sind. Von email, bis Kalender. Man ist nicht Hardware Geräte abhängig

Nachteile

Was eben auch Nachteil ist, dass man immer aus dem Browser arbeitet und es für mich am Anfang nervig war alle Benachrichtigungen an oder auch abzustellen und die zugriffe richtig eingestellt hatte. Mich nervt manchmal der Drive, weil die Struktur nicht so ersichtlich ist.

Vorteile

Ich arbeite gerne mit Google Workspace, da es sehr benutzerfreundlich ist. Selbst für jemanden, der noch nie damit gearbeitet hat, ist es schnell und einfach zu erlernen. Es ist perfekt für kleinere Firmen und Startups geeignet, da es kostengünstig ist, und sogar für den Privatgebrauch ist es eine tolle Option.

Nachteile

Ich betrachte es eher als ideale Einstiegslösung, besonders für Neulinge, die nicht tief in die Tasche greifen möchten. Für größere Unternehmen sind jedoch andere Programme oft besser geeignet, da es immer wieder zu Problemen mit sich überschneidenden SharePoints kommen kann.

Abstimmung der Anwendungen aufeinander, Interaktion der Anwendungen miteinander. Sehr umfassende Auswahl an hilfreichen Tools zur Erleichterung der Zusammenarbeit im Team.

Nachteile

Auf der technischen Seite kam es gelegentlich zum Verlust von Daten aufgrund von Abstürzen.

GMail ist durchdacht und gut zu verwenden. Drive ist an sich auch gut zu verwenden, wären da nicht die Probleme beim Download von Ordnern, großen Dateien und beim Teilen.

Nachteile

Es wurde mit "so viel Speicher wie nötig" geworben, danach die Preise angehoben und das Verpsrechen entfernt. Jetzt müssen wir statt anfangs 8.5€ / Montag / User plötzlich 30€ / Monat / User für die gleiche Leistung Zahlen und ich kann mir nicht mal sicher sein, dass Google sich umentscheidet und auch dort die Leistung irgendwann einfach ändert. Geht gar nicht. Außerdem funktioniert der Download großer Dateien und Order so schlecht, dass wir inzwischen lieber WeTransfer für Kunden verwenden.

Es ist die benutzerfreundlichste Software, die ich bis heute benutze, es gibt eine Reihe von Optionen in der Software. Ich benutze fast alle von ihnen jeden Tag. Wie Business, Meet, Chat, Drive, Hangouts etc. Alles in einem an einem Platz.

Nachteile

Die Kalenderfunktion habe ich benutzt, aber sie ist nicht so effizient wie andere, zum Beispiel Outlook.Die Verwaltung und das Hinzufügen von Zeitfenstern ist für mich etwas schwierig.Das kostenlose Laufwerk ist auf 15 GB begrenzt, was für die Speicherung von Dateien ausreicht, aber nicht für Fotos.Wenn wir zusätzlichen Speicherplatz kaufen würden, wäre es besser, und er wäre zu einem günstigeren Preis erhältlich.

It allows users to have everything in one place with its easy access to all Google Apps combing collaboration, organization, communication and productivity. The best thing is that it has a version for Education that is offered generously free of charge to institutions.

I love Google Workspace because it has made my job easier as an education leader. It would be great if the format of the documents in Google Docs remains the same when downloaded as it changes in some instances.

What I love most about Google Workspace is how easy it is to collaborate with other people. I can't stand it when my coworkers still use other products that have to be repeatedly saved, downloaded, and emailed. My second favorite feature is how everything saves automatically. Anyone born before the 21st century remembers how awful it was to lose a document you'd been working on for hours and then forgot to save!

What I like least about Google Workspace is probably the maps functions. I have an iPhone so I have all of my places saved in iMaps.

There seems to be some limitations for users using macs vs the Windows machines. We have had more issues on macs then we do with Windows. It is always hard to find good knowledgeable support for Google workspace in a timely manner.

I really love how Google workspace has an application solution for everything. Google Docs, sheets, slides, etc. They have everything from email with Gmail, remote video teleconferencing with Google Meet, or endless cloud storage with Google Drive, they really have everything and do it well.

The GUI or user interface with Google Admin and Google Workspace can be a little daunting at first. There are so many sections and submenus, you won't turn every dial to accomplish what you need, but they definitely have a knob for everything.

Google workspace is a full office suite and more. You are able to create any and all document, speadsheets, slides(powerpoint), calendar, translator, acess to the stock market, create a google number that rings and text your phone. That is just some of the features, theres more.

Nachteile

The google phone number will disconnect if no calls are made or received after a certain period of time. You do get reminders about the timeframe and the importance of updating.

As a small business, without limited resources, it's helpful to use Google Workspace, specifically Drive, as a central hub for my business files. This enables easy access to files from other computers or phones as needed when I'm away from my computer. The functionality is pretty intuitive for most things, with email, calendar, meet, sheets, docs, and drive being my most used apps. Meet seems to function way smoother than all the other meeting apps I've used, everything syncs easily with my phone, and I've bounced back and forth between a few laptops, so having everything accessible through Google Workspace has made that process pretty easy versus always copying huge numbers of files to a new C: drive each time.

Custom Support should be better, if it was, I'd rate this product 10/10. When I did run into issues or questions particularly during setup, it seemed like I was just relying on looking things up online which often didn't quite address the issue, or it was more complicated than it should be - there should be dedicated support via phone/meet/chat for users that's easier to access, ideally one who's already paying for a subscription to this service should be able to just schedule a calendar invite with support rather than wading through forum responses which aren't always clear - this would put customer satisfaction through the roof. Regarding my website stats, I wish the information about errors was easier to understand. I had built a website on Squarespace a few years ago, and then rolled the domain into my new business domain which wasn't too hard, and worked pretty seamlessly, but it still could have been clearer. Ultimately, it all worked out, but for a few months, I got regular emails about pages not being crawled/findable by search engines, I think generally tied to the fact that the domain name changed, and it couldn't interpret the fact that it had simply been rolled to a new domain, even though the pages worked - so the errors are like seeing a red flag that make you think something is really wrong, while the language used about how to solve it was beyond my understanding and feels like something that could be automated to work more clearly, or clarified for users who aren't as tech savvy.

I work in a highly dynamic environment - we're constantly moving around, changing workspaces and bouncing between home, work, and other campus'. Google has always been highly intuitive and user friendly, and there is SO MUCH VALUE in the ability to sync your files across all platforms and seamlessly share with coworkers. I've been using Google Workspace for about 5 years and I LOVE IT.

Nachteile

The only con about Google Workspace is that if you need highly specialized software capability, you may need to open another program. For instance, our Finance department sometimes will use Excel first to work out the kinks in a template and then move them over to Google Sheets for the rest of us. However, I think Google is capable of all the same things, it just takes some maneuvering to find the info sometimes. Not much though!

Having our whole organization on Google Workspace helps us to collaborate efficiently and effectively together. Our collaborative processes flow seamlessly between applications: our marketing team can quickly connect with subject matter experts and product owners to create content for campaigns, for example. It's critical for us to keep projects moving, and we couldn't do this well without Google Workspace.

Nachteile

The one tool that we didn't find helpful within the Google Workspace is the Google Chat. We needed more advanced features for notifications and project management. However, the are some Slack plug-ins for Google Docs that have been really helpful for us in sharing collaborative documentation and in planning campaigns.

I find Google Workspace to be very helpful for smaller organizations willing to open their business. What I like about the tool is its simplicity of the feature usages, including Gmail, Calendar and Meet.

While I don't find the strong negative, I would like to see more implementation to the Google Workspace, which may pertain to additional admin control to the users.
