The primary solution for five engineers is over £400 per month. When we complained about the system not working as described, they suggested we pay another £2000 per month for Kaseya 365. Our complaint was dealt with by the sales department, which quoted completely inaccurate pricing. I was stupid enough to sign up for 3 years due to large discounts over a 12 month contract. I am now arguing with them to get out of the contract but their contracts are written for them not the Client. Our lawyers have said "While the Agreement is a little confused and unclear in places, the contract is valid". The ability to do more automapping to exising configs for a new integration or new system that is added with integrations instead of having to make a manual mapping of a config for a customer whent the information already exists.
