The functionality of the system is very broad and it met almost all study's requirments. The customer support is excelent and always responsive. The PM was very proactive and highly professional. He collaborated to build the DB on time with high level of quality. We were highly satisfied with the first study and decided to continue using the system in the second study.

Hacen actualizaciones con relativa frecuencia para solucionar los problemas y sugerencias proporcionados por el usuario. Además siempre contestan a rapida y eficazmente cuando s ete presenta un problema.

Nachteile

A la hora de configurar el CRF a veces te encuentras limitaciones en las formulas o funcionalidades, aunque por lo general simpre se puede encontrar alguna solucion alternativa.

Lo que más me gusta de ShareCRF es su capacidad de permitir a los usuarios gestionar y compartir sus proyectos de manera fluida. Esto incluye la posibilidad de trabajar de forma colaborativa en tiempo real, lo cual es perfecto para equipos que necesitan estar alineados y producir contenido de manera eficiente.

Nachteile

La personalización de algunos formularios puede ser limitada en ciertas circunstancias, lo que podría dificultar la creación de formularios completamente adaptados a las necesidades específicas de un proyecto o investigación.

Lo que más me ha gustado de esta plataforma ha sido el poder hablar directamente con una persona para poder resolver las dudas y la propuesta de diferentes opciones para utilizar.

Nachteile

Falta de diseño en algún tipo de preguntas.

Su rapidez, facilidad para programarla, y utilidad para realizar volcados de la BBDD.

Diseño visual de la web (apariencia, color, letra...). Visualmente poco atractiva.

Aunque la plataforma es intuitiva, los nuevos usuarios pueden necesitar tiempo para familiarizarse con todas sus funciones avanzadas.

La plataforma se ajustaba a todas nuestras necesidades, el equipo fue muy flexible y estuvo muy atento a todos nuestros comentarios y preguntas durante y después del proceso.

No tenemos ninguna queja, ya que cuando nos encontramos con algún problema el equipo lo solventó rápidamente.

Me ha impresionado su excepcional atención al cliente, rápida y detallada. También sobresale por la flexibilidad para las modificaciones sobre la marcha. Su interfaz intuitiva facilita la experiencia de todos los usuarios, desde investigadores, monitores y el promotor.

Al aplicar los fitros y entrar en los casos no permite volver al conjunto filtrado y ha de hacerse otra vez el proceso de filtrado para seguir con el siguiente caso

La facilidad de uso, configuración e implementación es lo que nos hizo elegir ShareCRF y una vez comenzamos a usarlo la calidad del equipo de soporte es excelente.

Al principio las guías de configuración estaban poco completas pero ahora con la actualización e inclusión de los videos y las nuevas guías ya se ha solventado ese problema.

There are many things about this product that make it extremely valuable to our business given that it is a major part of our data management offering. The first is the strong customer service and interface with the team when our EDC systems are being built and customised for our customers. The team works very well with our team and the features are all easy to use, customisable and most importantly, cost effective for our clients.

The reporting features have improved a great deal and once the integration with MEDDRA and coding has been implemented, this will be another important feature.

Cost (prices have increased considerably since the beginning, really focused on clinical trials, economically not easy to be adapted to other type of studies with a lower budget than a standar clinical trial)
Management difficulties (sometimes you can feel you might lost the control).

Es amigable, intuitivo y de fácil acceso al mismo. No he recibido ninguna queja por parte de los cientos de usuarios que hemos dado de alta en la plataforma para la introduccion de datos.

Nachteile

El listado de accesos a la aplicación no se puede exportar y ni siquiera hay un motor de búsqueda de usuarios o de fechas.
Cuando estoy revisando un caso y quiero seguir revisando el siguiente caso, al retroceder vuelve al inicio de listado de casos!!!

The software is user friendly with pleasant and customizable design. There are also some appreciable functionnalities such as missing data management or automatic queries closure which facilitate operational data management.

Some funtionnalities are to be improved / developped for example API to integrate the eCRF data to global data pipelines, integration of Meddra dictionnaire, improvements to be done in management of ePROs and statuses.

The worst part is the query management and data modification due to the strict formal rules to comply for data update/modification

Vorteile

It is an easy to implement and manage EDC software, with a great support team. Makes you feel like you are the most important client. It had made my life much more easy on any of the stateges of a clinical trial.

Nachteile

Some features were missing at the beginning but ShareCRF team improves it every few months to include suggestions, sometimes some of those features had taken its time to come, but they are here now.

It is so intuitive and friendly that no need of training is needed for new users or new programing person in my company

Los métodos de verificación de la calidad de los datos.
La facilidad de las descargas en formatos para su uso directo en programas estadísticos.
Lo versátil que es el software para montar distintos tipos de estudios (ensayos clínicos, estudios observacionales, etc…)

Tuve ciertos problemas para entender tema licencias, usuarios, tema créditos.

En el pasado, habíamos programado ad hoc softwares de investigación con todo lo que ello supone en cuanto a tiempo, dinero y test de prueba iniciales. ShareCRF me ha parecido muy fácil de ajustar a nuestras necesidades en un tiempo récord. Se trata además de un programa ya testado, por lo que no caben errores. Me ha gustado mucho también la flexibilidad del programa (y desde luego del equipo humano que hay detrás) para ir haciendo algunos ajustes en el CRD a medida que el estudio avanzaba y van apareciendo nuevas necesidades. Resulta muy fácil de utilizar para nuevos usuarios ya que es muy intuitivo.

Nachteile

De momento no he encontrado ninguna mejoría a realizar. Cualquier cosa os lo comunicaría.

The easy to bulid your own database. I also wouldd like to hihghlight the amount of options you have to personalize the database. Another plus point for ShareCRF is the customer support, they can resolve your needs in minutes.

Maybe the queries could be more exhaustive, that enable the users to consult some specific stat easily.

Creo que aún le queda algún tema por implementar como pueda ser el diccionario MedDra, o implementar algunas funciones más que se van solucionando poco a poco, para que sea la plataforma perfecta para creación de CRD electrónico.

El software es bastante intuitivo y hace que sea fácil y cómodo la creación de un nuevo CRF. Por otro lado, el diseño es atractivo y de una manera muy visual facilita a los usuarios localizar campos incompletos y las queries abiertas.

Nachteile

Al descargar la base de datos el nombre de las variables resultante, al principio es un poco lioso. Por otra parte, echo en falta un archivo extra donde aparezcan todas las variables con sus nombres, tipo de variable, regla aplicada, etc (algo similar a un data dictionary).

Poder diseñar y programar el eCRD yo misma. Permite realizar cambios de manera instantánea.
La exportación de datos de los eCRD cumplimentados es simple lo que facilita el control exhaustivo de resultados parciales durante el estudio.
En gneral es un software que integra de forma operativa todos las fases que comprende la recogida de información en un proyecto de investigación: diseño, desarrollo control y resultados.

No poder importar tablas para generar las altas de investigadores participantes.

Programing can be done by ShareCRf for relatively low price, with back and forth communication in a very efficiency way and in short time.

Reporting tool is not very advanced like in other eCRF softwares.... not a lot of reports can be issued from the system, and most important is to add the option to build your own report (not pre-sepcified reports exist in the system).
