Loved the tool
Vorteile
The best thing is that is a professional tool, it has all the function a webinar / meeting tool should have for a way better price than other ones. In my case, I'm a small company focused in B2B. Webinars are a great marketing tool, but my audience is to small as well as my mkt budget, with Zoho webinar I can offer professional webinars without investing tons of money.

Haven't found a con yet. They have a great tool and the price is incredible.

Conduct a great webinar on your first try
Vorteile
We were able to set up our first webinar in minutes, and begin promoting it right away. The platform's default settings took care of our related communication, including registration confirmation, reminders and follow-up emails for attendees and non-attendees. Cool features like Q/A and Poll interfaces helped us interact with our audience, and the analytics at the end of our webinar gave us the information we wanted about our audience. All in all very impressive, especially that we could do all with ease this without any prior experience hosting a webinar. A shout out to the excellent support staff who helped answer any questions right away.

So far setting up Zoho as my platform for my first online webinar has been really simple and hassle-free. I love what Zoho offers for webinars - recording, Q & A, polls, etc. It's just what I am looking for.

Zoho saves me as well as my team mates a lot of time because of its easy to use nature.

Features that i love are firstly being ease of use, how easy it is to invite as well as join meeting. it has secure channel which keeps are audio as well as video encrypted. joining meeting, doing pools and screen sharing are also necessary part for a compant and zoho has all in it.

I am eveluating Zoho meeting for the usage of Webinars. We currently use GoTo webinar for webinars and we find the UI/UX of Zoho Webinars are way more user friendly compared to others. I would love explore more about the product to implement it in our organisation
Nachteile
I have not explored it completely to talk about the cons, but I believe in Zoho, we have to pay additional for the cloud storage for videos, and it is not a gated environment. In Goto Webinar, we are able to host the videos on cloud unlimited. At the same time, the videos are gated so that we can send them to specific people, and every time they share the link, new viewers must also enter their email to view the recording.

One day the app on my computer cept loading when I was gonna start the meeting, and it never got to it. so had to switch to browser, and took me 5 minutes. felt a bit unreliable to me in that moment, but good its a workaround to launch it on google chrome insetad of the app

An Excellent Video Conferencing Software with Great Potential
Overall, Zoho meeting is a great application that has made a good start to rival key competitors like Zoom. I am hoping the customer success team and the dev team work together to iron out the common issues being raised by us the users.
Vorteile
First, it is cheaper compared to the one I was using. Second, it's very easy to use. Third, the support team is awesome.
Nachteile
There are two primary things that I personally did not like: first, clients kept complaining about the bad audio quality. They kept complaining about the very bad audio quality. Some even dropped out of the session because they were not hearing anything at all. I listened to the recording myself it was also terrible but I have no idea why. The second issue relates to the fact that Zoho meeting does not have built in annotation tools, just like Zoom does. This is a major inconvenience cos it undermines how I can interact with my audience

IT is buggy and always lags
It is OK, it is better at recording but the sound and video quality is not great. But the value for money, especially when bundled with other Zoho apps, we put up with.
If I had to ask for any one thing to be improved it is the quality of the calls, especially the lagging sound.

It comes with Zoho One and integrates with all the Zoho calendars, Bookings and the CRM etc.
It records and keeps all your meetings
Nachteile
There is no way to set up a meeting link that is indefinite and not scheduled for any particular time. With Zoom you can tick a box to say it is recurring and it just stays there.
The Start Link is different to the Join link. Without the Meetings app open you can't easily start the meeting, and there is no way to pick up the Start link to pop in your calendar from the App, you have to open the app to press the start button, not very practical when driving everything from your calendar and you are not in the office. You do get sent a start link by email from which you can then copy the hyperlink but that is the one and only time so you have to remember to pick up the email link to put in the calendar.
The sound always lags ... we have fast fibre at 900Mbs and it still lags, Zoom rarely lags, and the video quality is not great

Easy To Use Online Meetings Platforms And Lead To Improve Productivity
It helps me to interact with my colleagues instantly and schedule meetings conveniently. It has greatly aided me in managing the remote server and achieving our goals. Overall, an excellent tool all around with useful features.
Vorteile
This platform is so interactive for video meetings is its most impressive feature. I can take notes throughout the meetings and preserve the information I need without leaving the meetings. Additionally, this platform has some very wonderful capabilities such as screen sharing, file sharing, remote access, etc.
Nachteile
Occasionally a very tiny audio and video lags. There are few customization options for the registration form and is less engaging. During the meetings, copying and pasting into the chatbox does not work at all.

A web-based conferencing soultion
The web-based Zoho Meeting is really an amazing way to communicate. Organizer can embed the register link using the HTML code into their blog or website. The user friendly interface make this tool professional. The integration with ZOHO products is great.

Zoho Meeting is web-based conferencing solution to collaborate over the internet. Zoho Meeting makes the webinars more interactive with Q&A and Live Polls with instant results for detailed analytics. The organizer can easily share the controls under attendees tab. Before a meeting start we set lock for meeting and send invites to attendee. The 'record webinar' option help us a lot to save the recording and share the session via other media A. Analytics can be downloaded on over the webinar session. Best thing in it is we can set the co-organizer to provide the support in the live webinars to create the poll and communicate with the attendees. The Voice over IP help to enhance the audio quality and provide the more bandwidth for live video streaming.
Nachteile
The latest version of Zoho meeting Android App crashing to frequently, i have also tried uninstalling on my Android phone but it does not help, but working fine with other latest Android version. Toll-Free numbers for VoIP are for limited countries it should be more.

Zoho Meeting software is great. It offers an excellent user interface that makes it easy for me and my coworkers to work together. Zoho Meeting's video conferencing feature is lightning-fast and lag-free.

I have overall 3 years rich and happy experience of Zoho Meeting and found it very useful and good with the business requirements.

There are a lot of features and the reason for like the Zoho Meeting, like Host Control, Real time Chat, Meeting management and easy to use.
Nachteile
NO, Till my last 2 years experience I have not any problem with this Zoho Meeting.

Undisputedly fast and reliable for secure conferencing and support
Overall, it has been a good experience with Zoho and particularly with Meeting App by them totally taking control of our e-seminars and remote supports specially in times of such pandemic where everybody is working remotely and still feels always connected. Even I found increase in adaptability of users to such digital meetings and conferences due to the intuitive and user friendly interface of Zoho Meeting.
Vorteile
First thing one will notice while using any software is its interface or UI and this is where Zoho has done a good job to keep everything simple, easy to understand and control and totally intuitive. Also, one would get a package of a support connect tool, a meeting tool and a conferencing tool bundled within one software which is coming from a brand like Zoho and also quite fast and lucid without much latency in the overall operations in standard network conditions. Also, this eats up less bandwidth and data to ease on the network load.
Nachteile
There is much less to keep a note here other than a few other formats or codec supports for recording and saving videos would be definitely a better option. A little tweek in reports and analytics and customization based on user requirements would open up different avenues for reach and acceptability of this software.

Zoho - Don't bet on their ability to keep their platform running
Terrible, stay away. You probably had good experiences with their Mail or CRM, but as it turns out they manage this division horrible.
Vorteile
API to check some aspects of the meeting is great for platform integrators such as ourselves, pricing seemed right.
Nachteile
After some research we selected them as our platform, we ended up buying around 10 licenses. Our business cases we had at least 3-4 meeting running every single day with different presenters. We had issues with them at beginning of each month, for some reason they decided to releases "hotfixes" to production Sunday overnight at the beginning of each month, every single time we had a "hotfix" something broke. We had instances were none of the cameras for the participants showed on screen, it took a week for them to figure out how to resolve, sometimes functionality was changed or was completely disabled between versions (presenter permissions) and the latest and the reason we decided to move after months of being customers, today (June 11, 2020) both of their mobile application crashed when people tried to access via their mobile phones. Support is just frustrating, they don't have a number to get on a call with your when you have issues, everything is being handled via email and from India, so good luck resolving any concern on your business hours, all of our support concerns were replied back with "Oh sorry, please provide meeting ID, we will resolve diligently", it was never resolved their support strategy is to let things resolve by themselves or for you to give up. Now one of the PROs was the API access as it turns they removed all documentation on how to use their APIs so good luck trying to figure out that yourself if you didn't have an integration in place.

Zoho the app you didn't know about but once you do you compare every other software to it
Vorteile
The fact that you can either send a link to a client for them to get set up or you can direct them to a website URL that is short and simple for them to get the software. Also the way that multi-screen is handled
Nachteile
The only complaint I would say is the UI can sometimes be clumsy and hard to find the right button to do what you want it to do.
