Task automation is available for repetitive tasks.Built in chats ,comments and discussions forums allow real time communication and collaboration.

Zoho Projects is definitely my favourite tool in our tech stack. Having been involved in the acquisition and deployment, I can attest that Zoho Projects is cost effective especially because it offers a wide range features that we have found indispensable in our day to day operations and it was easy to configure ans integrate with our existing apps . It is wrapped around a very straightforward interface that has made it easy to use for robust planning and scheduling of our projects. I love how easy it is to create and manage tasks, assign tasks to the team and track progress of our workflows. Additionally it enable us to collaborate without any friction by sharing files, commenting and mentioning which has reduced miscommunication. Having a centralized pane that provide us with visibility into all our projects enable us to easily track progress and generate accurate reports on task completion and resource utilization. Gantt charts also comes in handy in reporting and visualizing our project processes.

Nachteile

Zoho Projects has delivered its full value. We are able to have an all time project visibility and teams communicating without any system breaks or hiccups.

When have multiple projects to deal with Zoho Projects helps you manage all of them easily to make sure they are finished on time. I really like that i can integrate other apps, like Microsoft 365 or Dropbox easily without any problems. Keeping track of the progress and resources needed on all tasks is important for a good workflow. Is important for to be able to assign staff from from other projects if a deadline is coming and keep track if any resources is needed. It is easy to use and assign tasks and easy for the staff update the progress.
