Customer support SUCKS
Disappointing. No — infuriating.
Vorteile
Pretty easy to use UI. Monitoring dashboard. Nice looking reports.
Nachteile
1. Insights data captured in reports is pretty lacking, especially for posts that are boosted (engagement not captured!! what?!?) so there's inconsistency with actual metrics.
2. Cannot tag other pages/users in Facebook posts
3. Stopped using this to schedule Facebook posts because preview does not reflect how the respective platform posts will look – eg how pix will tile / crop in a post (instead, images are just thumbnailed in a row)
4. Second reason was scheduled posts sometimes Did Not Publish (!!!). Especially multi-image posts.
5. ABSOLUTELY TOP PEEVE: Trying to get customer support is like playing cat and mouse with Zoho. Open a ticket. Wait. Email again. Wait. Email again. Maybe within 48-36 hours, get a reply like "we can't replicate the problem on our end". Gee thanks.
I really expect more as a paying subscriber. I'm not a trial user or a noob to social media tools, so I do know what's available and how other companies provide 500% more support within 12 hours, if not live chat.

Great way to schedule social media but terrible customer service
I can't solve any problems with Zoho if they keep refusing to take my money using Paypal.
Vorteile
I like the ease of use. I've been looking for a service that will reuse my content on a continual basis. Zoho almost has that option but there's a cap on it. I can schedule a post to recur every month for six months.
Nachteile
It's advertised on their website that they have an option to pay with Paypal. I emailed them, and first of all it takes them half a day to several days to answer. Secondly, they have been giving me the run around for days now with no way to pay with Paypal. They have not actually answered any of my emails in about 4 days now.

Very Dissapointed
Seriously guys, what the hell/.! Pardon my language but, when I first installed it it worked great. All my 3 social media accounts were in perfect alignment, but this fun experience did not last. Less than 24 hours later it crashed. I kept uninstalling and installing it but with no improvement. Two weeks later I gave up and completely removed it. I am very disappointed.
Vorteile
It has great aesthetic appeal. That's the main reason I downloaded it.
Nachteile
Oh I hate so many things about this app. But the frequency at which it crashes is very alarming.

Zoho Social gets the job done -- but like most of Zoho -- it feels like it's lacking.
Vorteile
Considering Zoho's price point, it's worth a look. If your expectations aren't high then you won't be disappointed.
Nachteile
All in all, Zoho lacks the polish I've come to expect out of paid applications. That being said, Zoho's pricing is more budget pricing, so it's not like you're not getting what you paid for.

Needs improvement
The Zoho Social app is very easy to use. It has a nice layout - there is easy navigation. It integrates very well with the rest of the Zoho app experiance.
Vorteile
Integrates well with other Zoho apps.
Nachteile
Does not allow you to schedule a post update with LinkedIn using a photo ---- JUST the thumbnail - which is not good at ALL. The update on Facebook does not allow for the hovering over of the company name ---- which is also NOT good at ALL.

Excellent value for those money
Vorteile
Their SmartQ feature seems to really be working. I've definitely seen higher engagement rates in their recommended posting window. Their reporting is also very helpful.
Nachteile
An overall reporting per all platforms would be good.
Also, the Instagram posting process is a bit complicated, but I am aware this is something that has to do with the Instagram API.

Úsalo sólo si estas probando otras alternativas para correo.
Con esta herramienta lo más práctico es el correo, aún cuando haya otras funcionalidades no me sentí animada a explorarlas debido a mi no tan buena experiencia con su correo.
Vorteile
Que es gratis, puedes explorar, usar y compartir el contenido pero es muy poca satisfactoria la experiencia y su practicidad.
Nachteile
Que todo el correo que creo vaya a spam y sus demás opciones sean poco intuitivas.

Certainly that it is a big tool to everybody that work with social media! The indicators help to visualize the trends and to plane a reaction before!!
