It's a very easy to use dashboard with very comprehensive ways to sync the data
Vorteile
the data sync is very easy and simple, and the dashboards are very simple to use too, you can take only 10 mins to understand the functions and create the dashboard for share.
Nachteile
The free plan is limited for sharing the dashboard but it's sufficient for small business. And the layout of the report is also simple and not much to choose.

Overall a very good tool
Its a very good app, easy to integrate with MySQL & simple logical steps to create views & charts.
APIs works very smoothly. Charts have most of the basic features covered as well as have filters.
Dashboards are great with user level filters.

We are a small startup who needs to analyze the data of our emailing campaigns. Zoho reports provide a good platform to create charts and analyze data and recombine them in an interesting way.
Vorteile
Easy to import data from other online sources using API calls
Nachteile
Since it offers a lot of options to combine and present data, the interface is not very intuitive at first

Excellent software
We resolved many operational procesess implementing reports based on the information from Zoho Books. Prior, we used to prepare reports on excel with the data from the QB desktop, totally manual.

Easy to implement reporting tool
Vorteile
You can integrate the tool with your database easily and start building reports in a day. Great to have it as part of the Zoho suite.
Nachteile
User interface needs some improvements. Having better support to integrate reports with the info you have in other Zoho modules will be desirable.

Great product with easy learning curve.
I think it's good value for money and with the scheduled imports it is quite low maintenance
Vorteile
I really like the built in connectors, specifically Teamwork.
Nachteile
I wish you could save Azure SQL connections and reuse them as you would in Visual Studio (SSRS) projects

Pretty good experience once I got it up and connected to Projects
Vorteile
It connects directly to Project which is the main use case we have for it. We use Project to manage all of our on-going projects and to track customer support issues
Nachteile
The n-line help could be better. Not the easiest feature to find and the content is bare minimum depending on the topic.

For my business (real estate company), we use Zoho CRM on a daily basis and the following three Zoho Reports are critical to our monthly sales meetings:
1) Sales written for the month 2) sales becoming real for the month, 3) Sales paying out for the month
With Zoho Reports, i can display this data in stunning graph format which shows an immediate picture of what our cash-flow situation is for all role players.

Access anywhere, great graphs, great support, nicely integrates with Zoho CRM
Nachteile
With the ZAR weakening against the Dollar, the cost of subcription has increased by 25% over the last few months. It would be great to get charged in ZAR which will then keep the price stable!

Vorteile
You can create very intricate reports, whose formats can be saved and edited accordingly as you go on. Very very very easy to use and quick to produce.

No cons from my end. I have everything set up for what I do perfectly so this helps me a lot.

1. For beginners, it is really easy to get started. Automated report generation is a bonus.

4. It's well designed, nicely priced and does a great job of bringing enterprise-grade analytics to businesses of any size.
Nachteile
Sometimes it's hard to find the solution to a question. It's not always as easy as looking it up on google because of the fact that some parts of Zoho require coding.

I am enjoying the general functionalities of this product and believe that with consistent use, I will be able to take advantage of the different functions it offers.

The ability to customize data reports based on existing fields from different data sources, which is not limited to Zoho tools but also other reporting sources as well.

High learning curve with determining the functionalities. Inability to customize cell formats easily

Affordable, easy to use - good mix of features
Vorteile
Has lots of options and features. Ability to customize for company's needs. I like how you can keep all e-mails and task management all in one place. Plus the price point is fantastic for a product like this.
Nachteile
Features are kind of buggy frequently - macros. In addition, customer support is hard to deal with. One main frustration point for me was the way e-mails are handled, kind of slow and clunky.

The interface between projects and reports is not intuitively smooth.
Vorteile
There are many canned reports to choose from, which allows for quick reporting on the projects without too much development work required.
Nachteile
Accessibility between other tools. The jumping between reports and projects is not ideal. Having the report menu just show up in the project menu would be more beneficial.

Great Support Overcomes Difficulty in Creating Custom Reports for a Small Firm
No matter what I did, I could not generate the reports I needed. I am a small firm with many projects I need to manage. The shareholders need to frequent reports on progress and the reports are just too complex!

That it works with Zoho projects. The support is outstanding
Nachteile
So difficult to get what you want in the reports and schedule running them.

Zoho Reports is a good tool which requires a little bit of tweaking if you use their API.
Vorteile
Zoho reports has a great reporting interface after you work through the integration difficulties. The support team at Zoho has been responsive.
Nachteile
Zoho Reports is not cloud friendly. Whitelisting IP addresses in an AWS or Azure environment is a pain.

You can't beat the price and for a sole proprietor who was starting a new business, I wasn't ready to invest in a pricey platform.

Very insightful but difficult to learn how to use

That I can choose any sort of values I want to create a personalized report that I can use to reflect on the performance of our sales.
Nachteile
It took a long time to figure out how to set up line charts and graphs. Setting up the x and y axis was not intuitive.
