I like that the program is so easy to use that I was able to use it from grade school to adulthood. The functions and settings are super easy to use for anyone of any age; young or old. I think any company or even honestly any person needs this in their utility belt so to speak. You never know when you'll need PowerPoint and it is a great tool for any presentation; no matter the topic.

Nachteile

I have no issues with this software and don't think it has an real issues.

So easy to use and since PowerPoint has been around for so long it is so easy to find tutorials online if you are ever confused about anything. This will many any presentation look absolutely flawless and there is even a feature to time all your slides beforehand to make your presentation smooth!

Nachteile

It is a bit frustrating because they update to newer versions every couple of years so when you first get the newest version there are different functions and layout.

What I like most about Powerpoint is how versatile it can be. Whether I'm making a presentation or awards certificates I can always create something fun.

Something I don't really care for is that if i'm using a mac I have trouble saving it in certain formats(i.e. jpg or pdf). I wish that were a little easier.

PowerPoint has more features than any other presentation software that I have used. The template options are beautifully designed and they make each of my slides look professional.

I think the price is a little too expensive considering that there are other presentation apps out there that are free to use.

Sometimes some of the effects within Microsoft PowerPoint can seem a bit "cheesy" and redundant, however there is nothing forcing a user to use effects that they don't want to use in their presentation.

The product was simple to use to put together presentations. I was able to add photos video and pictures easily and the templates are pretty good.

It always seemed to be hard to get things formatted just right. Something always seemed to just be off kelter. Can appear cheezy at times.

The ease of use, I hold monthly sales meetings which requires I generate a new presentation every month. The fact I can take my scribbles in a notepad and bring them to glorious life with pictures, animations and sound with just a few clicks is brilliant!

I really can't say anything negative, maybe the addition of custom animations or least the ability to edit them would be nice.

There is a wide variety of ways to create impactful presentations, with this Software. I use it especially to move from a spreadsheet with all the statistics, tables, graphs and details, to this slide so that all the detail of the work done is appreciated.

O have experienced very minor issues with sending and sharing the files but nothing major to report and when I say minor I mean like 5/60 times .

I like how easy it is to use and create presentations. I use it whenever I'm speaking and the fact that it can be used on any computer I have as well as my iPad.

I do wish the remote option worked between a computer and tablet. It may work for some, but I have mac only so I can't speak to whether or not that works on pc computers and tablets.

PowerPoint is the best software to use for presentations. It is a friendly use platform, with many different layouts for every type of presentation, which makes everything easy.

The file in PowerPoint can be very big as size, so it can make difficult sending the presentations by email.
If you add images in the file, it is automatically converted to a lower resolution image and if you need to print the presentation those slides won't be looking very good.

I used this while I used a Windows laptop but I don't anymore. It is quite all right, you can add photos, texts, animations etc.

It doesn't let you to do too much other than the basic features. As it usually comes with the whole microsoft office pack, you don't have to pay for it individually so that's good.

I love that there is pretty much no limits to this software. The amount of things you can do is limitless with a little imagination. The ability to create what you need for your business, or presentations makes using this enjoyable.

I like how many different options there are to express one's creativity in a presentation as well as the ability to convert into a MP4 to be easily played as a video.

I dislike how complicated it is to find all of the features. It leaves you feeling like you've only unlocked a small portion of its abilities however the "what would you like to do" search field helps in that aspect.

We’ve all used it at some point, and I believe that it’s still the gold standard for presentations. Part of the Office suite, it’s easy to navigate, templates make creation easy, and usage is intuitive.

I teach high school students and in a world that is ever changing with technology, I feel it’s important they know how to do presentations utilizing PowerPoint software. PowerPoint is user friendly for students.

There’s not really anything I dislike. Cost may be an issue for non-students. If it was more affordable, that would be helpful.

It allows us as Athletic Directors to present new information to our coaches without having to use handouts. PowerPoint also allows you to present colorful and artistic slides that help keep our coaches locked in on what message we are relaying to them.

Flexibility either to put together a single page newsletter or a multi slide presentation. The ability to bring in personal video, photos or sound instead of clipart is key to what I need this software to do.

The MAC version is for some reason a lot less inuitive than the PC version. It is more difficult to bring in and resize images for some reason

What I liked most about this program was it’s easy to use tools. Buttons are easy to find and PowerPoint offers many choices for how you would like your presentation to be organized, it also offers various display options which was great for me.

The only downfall when using PowerPoint in my opinion was that I had trouble adding text boxes and moving them around my presentation. After some trouble shooting I was able to figure it out, I think it could be easier though.
