There is no better slide sharing software than MS Powerpoint
It's been a great experience thus far. It will always be my 1st choice by default.
Vorteile
I like how easy Power point is to use like the majority of other Microsoft products that are end user friendly. It's very similar to word. With it being apart of the MS suite, it integrates with all the other applications.
Nachteile
You can't share content in real time like google slides. if you are working on a deck with multiple people involved, you can't both edit the document simultaneously.

Amazing Software for Presentations!!
I use it to present power points to upper management.
Vorteile
Makes presentation looks amazing and suitable for both professional or personal presentation. You can literally be as creative as you want or as simple and fast as you want by using their pre made templates.
Nachteile
There isn't much thing that's bad about this software. It gets the job done. Sure there could be more animations or frame transitions to choose from but that's it.

PowerPoint is still the go to presentation software though its been around forever. Whether you like it or not, knowing PowerPoint is a useful professional skill. If you're really good at it, which few are, you can easiely impress coworkers.

Microsoft always continues to update and make annoying small changes to PowerPoint. Therefore, you have to sometimes dig around for where new command buttons are now placed after an updated version is released.

Using PowerPoint for training
I have been very pleased that they leave the functionality in place and attempt to make the process easier for creation. Office 365 platform with PowerPoint made it a game changer.

This product is one of the more feature packed but easier to understand and create professional looking slideshows. I use it heavily for training and documenting certain work.
Nachteile
It took me a little while to get use to the layout after the last upgrade. we moved from 2014 to Office 365. But now, all is well.

I have been using PPT since it was first introduced. It has served as my primary means of educational presentations as well as for figures in peer reviews and book publications. An outstanding program that gets better each year.

Ease of use, flexibility, and animations are the best. Transitions between slides are excellent in terms of variety and ease of use.

Grammar and spell check need to be improved. Too many steps needed to check spelling, poor flexibility.

Overall this tool is very good for presentations and instructional documentation for a great way of visually presenting your views and ideas.
Vorteile
There are some good features with this tool where you can copy and paste images directly into the powerpoint. The tool also provides some tools for you to drawing, or pre-existing icons to use to represent some models. Presentation mode also allows you to go into full screen for clarity.
Nachteile
Although it provides lots of icons and pre-made pictures, it is still missing lots of other types of icons that I really need. I do understand that not all tools can satisfy all users so it maybe just me.

PowerPoint is straightforward and easy to use. It can be utilized for more than just doing a simple presentation. Powerpoint offers you all the tools you need to create a professional presentation.
Nachteile
I find myself using Word instead of Powerpoint to do the same task I can do on Powerpoint. Working on a presentation someone else started can be frustrating. License is expensive, so if I am working on my Mac outside of work Keynote is a better option.

We like the Design Ideas that really polish up a presentation and make it look professional, even with very little experience.

PowerPoint is a widely used tool for building decks and making great presentations. The software is extremely intuitive to use, and incorporating text, pictures, sound is a breeze.

A Presentation Must-Have
Microsoft PowerPoint has been around forever it seems like. It is easy to use and provides great functionality. Even a beginner can use one of their presentation templates to create a cutting edge presentation for any audience. I have used PowerPoint for creating presentations for live audiences and for webinars and have never had any trouble.
The software is stable and provides the right amount of customization capabilities for a user-friendly software. I enjoy the built in templates for different backgrounds, different slide types, and even animation settings for the slides (how they come onto the screen). The ability to add moving graphics, video, and sounds is also valuable.
I wouldn't recommend PowerPoint for presentations that are largely video-based, but files can handle a few clips.
