This software is very easy to use no matter how much expertise you have. It's very easy to make a presentation inside PowerPoint; Just drag and drop.

Nachteile

If you want transitions in your presentation from slide to slide, it will look outdated. Some more modern templates would be nice too.

It is constantly being improved form both a UI standpoint and a features standpoint. Built-in templates and styles are great, bu I also like that you can use this to create videos, narrated presentations, dynamic animations, etc. As well as import to other authoring tools as needed.

Nachteile

It does have some limitations especially around printing handouts and notes page - it can be a little finicky in that regard

As an attorney, Powerpoint has been very useful. I have used this software in various trainings for law enforcement officers. I typically hold a joint training with a highly specialized domestic violence expert. Powerpoint makes it so easy to share our slides. He works on his and I work on mine and I email him my powerpoint. He is able to combine the slides from there. This allows us to have flexibility. I also use powerpoint during criminal trials. Showing jurors the elements of each crime and breaking down the elements is very effective. .

Nachteile

I do wish that I was better at creating designs as I dont always like the offered templates.

Templates are great for basic functions; but the software also provides flexibility to create graphics, charts, and simplifies the process of putting together great looking presentations without having to add additional graphic or marketing expenses.

Sometimes when I print out the presentation I forget to hide the note pages and would like those to be eclipsed a bit cleaner to the user.

It is a great way to create presentations for my staff, and for parent meetings. It is easy to use, and I like that you can also print out the slides so that people can follow along on their own handout and make notes.

Sometimes I have had trouble getting my presentation projected onto screens but that was more a result of user error then an error with the program itself.

Microsoft powerpoint far excels googles version of the software. I love the ability to modify images on here and that it recommends ways to organize your information to make it more presentable!

I don't have any cons. I enjoyed using the software. It was always great to use. It never crashed and always allowed me to add pictures, clipart, and paste words in there without any glitches.

PowerPoint is a necessity for me when I am teaching or creating my presentations. I actually appreciate the process of simplifying my thoughts on to it.
I appreciate that it has guides that lock objects into place so that it’s similar to the other slides.

Nachteile

I think the animations are really outdated haha. So I don’t use them that’s die sure.
But other than that I appreciate the software.

PowerPoint provides plenty of features for making great presentations. From slide transition animations, to adding/trimming video, and many other features, it's great. You can even add buttons to the power point and make a little game if you wanted to.

If you have too many slides/images/files inside the presentation my computer freezes up sometimes.

My favorite thing about Power Point is the ease of use and compatibility of it all. I have enjoyed creating presentations for all types of different meetings/events/trainings and more.

I think PowerPoint is a very easy and beautiful way to create a professional presentation. It does not take long to learn how to do it. And despite the fact that it does not have a lot of extra features like Press, it does achieve its goal to create a presentation.

A lack of 3D view. I wish there is an option to present from a 3D viewpoint, but I guess Powerpoint would lose its easiness then.

What I liked most about this was it is so easy to use. I think people who are not quite computer adept would have no problem using Power Point. It was very easy for me to put together a quick presentation in ot time at all.

It didn't have a lot of options in customizing your presentation. I guess you need to give something up when you get something that is very quick and easy to use. Sometimes the options for customizing didn't look very professional.

We all know multiple presentation software has been released, but power point is my favorite. First, its compatibility with Word. It is easy to build with their layouts, and they make transitions and slide displays even easier. So I would have to say the largest Pro is its easy of use and wide scale of capabilities.

Cons are that though I would still choose it, it still is the same old thing. Updating layouts from the normal to ones that can transition with an even more cleaver twist. Using different shapes and even more images.

Not that easy to master the software. You can make a basic presentation, but it’s hard to make a professional presentation. The number of features can become overwhelming to a new user.

Self explanatory to the point your presentation is on point there's no reason to have to get fusterated for not finding a button, which would add to the stress of a project.

Within no time at all you can create presentations ready to be used.

The functionality in PowerPoint is excellent providing you with enough tools to make presentations professional enough to be used in the workplace.

The biology to work on presentations offline using your own library of photos is excellent especially in situations where you have no access to these resources.

In the way I had used PowerPoint in the past I had not come across any difficulties but this may have been due to adapting to what it has to offer.

Extremely easy to get started making slides. Standard format and widely shared. Lots of useful tools - tables etc,.. The presenter view and pointer options are also very handy.

I've had some trouble in the past with password protecting my presentations. I eventually Googled the problem and was able to solve it.

This program is extremely user friendly and has everything you would need to make power point that stands out. I am currently in Medical School and have had to make multiple power points and have always received great feedback.
