Older versions may not offer the latest and greatest graphics and capabilities.

PowerPoint allows the user to create phenomenal presentations that can change the world. With countless transitions and effects, no presentation will appear similar to another.

Though changes aren’t instantly made to many of the owners and you still have to manually save, I still enjoy using this software.

I can use this software to train virtually and also complete monthly reporting. It is very versatile

It is difficult to change the proofing language when using a template that is made with Italian language as the default

I like that you can choose from a variety of templates and a lot of tools and also insert images which can be uploaded very fast.

If you are not very familiar with the program is a little difficult to build a presentation of a project.

Very easy to navigate and personalize each slide. It is easy to insert outside pictures and also take separate notes for a presentation.

Difficult saving projects to my computer. It is hard to find storage depending on how long each PowerPoint is.

Powerpoint is so intuitive. As a creative media manager and producer I love how simple it is to integrate video content into a presentation.

This may exist and I simply need to dig around. But I'd love to be able to create/customize various templates to auto open when a new project has been opened.

What I liked most about this software was that it's user friendly in terms of designing presentations. I also liked more theme feature options, which helps me more.

What I liked least about this software is how much file space it takes up. Because of that, I have to put slides into compressed zip folders.

Mobile application for Android needs to be improved, because at this stage in its work often there are failures that require restarting the software.

Not really a con but a short learning curve. The best way to learn it is to play in it ... you can't break it and you stumble on all kinds of cool features.

Works as it always has, to create slideshows quickly. Updates have generally made it more useful and usable. Cross-platform work is almost always seamless.

The interface is clunky and inconsistent between Mac and Windows. Microsoft should learn from Adobe and make the interface identical between platforms.

This is not a software issue, but a user error!

The fact that is easyto use, makes this a good product. Even without knowledge of the product you can setup a good presentation. And when you put some time into it they get even better!

Powerpoint enables the user to present information in a very orderly manner. Its layout is easily understandable and pleasingly customizable.

Editing text on the slides can be quite hard to do. A certaim text box only allows one size and general font setting which can hinder word emphasis on certain lines.

it is easy to use and has the familair 'mode of opertain'. By this I mean older users who have used Microsoft products in the 1990's can still operate the most modern versions. Also its so simple and logical.

It is intuitive and very functional, the tabs organization and menus are made in a very straightforward way.
You can organize and operate depending on your style, by dragging, or clicking and adding a slide, etc. That is, the software is very adaptive to the user.
You can personalize the presentation very easily and in a short time.

Sometimes the operation of the software seems too much analogical or simple. Maybe some small visual effects should be developed for quality perception improvement.

The problem with this program is it is very tedious to use. Since there are many features, its difficult to know how to implement the exact function you desire without getting lost. Time is important in the office and the program tends to clog the process.

I really like how simple it is to use. It is just so easy to do the things I want. If I want a photo a clip art image or a sound in a slide it is a few clicks of the mouse and it’s the. I can put a few words or a paragraph in a slide. I like to use this software for new employees training slide show. Makes my life so much easier

Because it’s still a paid subscription, people have moved to Google Slides. So my biggest issue is that most of the people we collaborate with don’t use PP anymore.

This software is so simple to use, yet you can make it more complex the further you dive into the tabs. I have been using this for year for projects and I find it hard to use anything else because how easy it is to use and how convenient it is.

There are many features that can make presentations seem to lack professionalism. As an administrator, I want to ensure all the work people are doing presents well and all the fun features can create many distractions.

I'm also not a fan of the subscription licensing now for Microsoft products.
