I like power point because overall it is very user friendly. It's pretty self explanatory which is nice since I'm not the most technology based person. I also like all the variety that can be added into the slides from the moving text to the festive décor.

Resizing things can be a bit of a challenge, but it really just takes patience. The amount of choices may be seen as a con (not a very bad one) because you have so many option.

There were different things I was confused about until I had someone show me I'm used to an older version of PowerPoint and there are new features that I was not aware of

It's industry leading... everyone has it installed, so it's easy to transfer files. I do not need to be trained, it's easy to understand out of the box.

It is costly to buy the whole Office Suite.. It's a necessary evil, but it is not cheap. It's bundle and thus, comingled with other products.

I have been using PowerPoint for years, and it has always just been so easy to put together presentations using this software. It has plenty of features that allow you to easily customize your presentation. I really prefer this platform to newer presentation platforms such as Prezi.

It can be difficult at times to incorporate pictures, but generally, if you work with it a bit, it ends up not being an issue.

I least like that sometimes the page I'm working on get wiped or disappears completely without me being able to save it first.

Easy to use the basic function and there is a help button. You can even get tutorials online. I use it for my monthly meetings
