Vorteile
PowerPoint is the best, most accessible, yet flexible presentation software that I have used. With a little self-education, you can make the exact presentation that you want with PowerPoint, no problem.
Nachteile
I wish the transition from formatting for a standard screen to wide screen and back was a little more seamless. I recently created a standard format PowerPoint only to learn it needed to be wide screen, and it took hours to reformat everything.

Simple to use presentation software
Vorteile
I like the fact that over the 15+ years of using this software for my presentations, it's still functional, and simple to use. Any changes and additions to the product over the years simply enhance the product without forcing me to re-learn basic functions
Nachteile
The fact that I still use it all these years later means I can't particularly fault it. I do wish though that you could do some fancy stuff like other online presentations softwares e.g. Prezi

This is a versitle software! It can be easily used for anything from school work presentations, to work and administrative presentations. You can customize each slide, the fonts, how and where text and images appear per slide, etc. You can always go back and change things around if needed as well.
Nachteile
I would like it better if it had more slide preset options. It has a limited amount of prefonted/setup options.

Powerpoint is easy to us, included in office 365, and has enough features to make a presentation look professional
Nachteile
It has its limitations. It is not made for large multimedia platforms. We can use it in a sunday school format but not in our main services.

I liked the user friendly capability. When preparing presentations, the compatibility with multiple photo extensions was excellent.
Nachteile
There wasn't really any cons, except I usually put too many photos in my presentation which would slow down the processing.

Only use it when clients expect it
Compatibility with apps and standardization so almost everyone it seems know how to use it.
Vorteile
No many. Traditional presentation app that many are familiar with. Integration with Word and Excel is quite good, as would be expected as part of the MSOffice family.
Nachteile
Too many to list. The question is, what's so great about it? It's basically the same boring, tried and true app it's been for decades. To learn about what a Presentation app should be, take a look at Prezi.

Great for Beginners!
I've been using this product for years, and love the ease of using it has for beginning users. However, once a user has progressed beyond just the basics, there can be a few limiting factors with design, which is why I love that it works so well with Google Slides as well. There is an opportunity for many different designs and professional business presentations!

Overall I recommend PowerPoint for presentations. It easy and fun to use. It could use more variety and make it easy to integrate fun extras.

I love the various designs you can choose from to make your presentations eye catching. I enjoy how easy it is it use. Everything was easy to find and it was as simple as a click just to add what you wanted and maneuver it to where you needed it.

Working on single slides goes pretty easily - the interface is fairly intuitive (speaking as a user of other MS products).
Nachteile
Multi-slide operations can be very unintuitive. A simple operation like putting the same footer on all slides can become a project.

Power Point is amazing.
I've been using Power Point for over 10 years now and though I don't like some of the new changes incorporated, this is still the go-to app for me to make presentations.

The new updated version from Microsoft has a cleaner look that makes it very easy to find the tools and buttons to get the work done.

Some of the tools I was used to finding very easily are now hidden in other tabs and/or categories, which means I have to adapt and learn the new ways to find what I am looking for.
