Very flexible scheduling program that we have adapted to scheduling lab resources
Let's us plan out our lab resources and see when and where we will have resource constraints.
Vorteile
We were looking for a lab resource scheduling program and nothing was truly available. This program has let us move away from using Excel and Outlook as it is much more usable. Being able to move projects from resource to resource or changing dates or durations is much easier and every thing gets updated automatically. Like that we do not have fixed categories and can adjust it to fit our own needs.
Nachteile
We use a specific user login to display the schedule on a monitor in the lab. This user is forced to logout every day so we specifically have to re-login that user every day. Would be nice to be able to define a custom view/sort for how projects are displayed/sort on the task view
