Great hosted collection software!

Great uptime. Easy to learn. Robust. Love being able to access from my phone. Really like how easy it is to set clients up to view their accounts online or add accounts themselves.

Simplicity Review

Our collections department is small and simplicity has been a great upgrade for us. It has taken some time to navigate all of the features. I have made requests to the help desk for new features and reports and the help desk has been wonderful. My responses are answered timely.

The program is user-friendly!
The program prints useful reports very easily and they can be customized to your liking.

Since implementing this software I have been able to generate revenue and keep track of where I am winning and losing. The possibilities are endless when it comes to this software.

First experience

This was my first experience speaking with Simplicity and overall it was a great experience. Generally speaking, I do not believe that our firm is using this program to the fullest extent. However, with the assistance of your help desk, I believe that this program will fulfill our needs in order to run the collection efficiently.

We have been very please so far in this first month with all aspects of the Simplicity...

Our business needed something affordable which we could amalgamate all of the paperwork and spreadsheets too. We have been pleased with the customer service: the sales person was excellent and very patient in explaining, the helpdesk are very quick in responding and all responses have been straight forward and easy to apply. In term of the system, I have spent very little time setting up over 1000 debtor accounts which have been exported with ease from excel and with some adapting to our requirements, I have been able to make sure everything we need specific to our clients are imported. We are very much looking forward to making the most of the software. We know it is a great move for our business.

Excellent Software, Great Price

We love everything about it. Support is excellent, software is very full featured and very flexible. It was able to handle our complex business without any problems. It has all of the collection features needed and the price is very affordable. I don't know why they are not charging more for this software! It is certainly worth more than what we are paying (not that I would complain about that). I was tentative at first due to the price, but we are so glad we made the jump. We are saving thousands of dollars off of our previous software and getting twice the features. Way to go guys!

Great Software

Simplicity collect is very easy to use. The IT support is very quick and friendly. They are very affordable. The only negativity it has is that it doesn't hold that many accounts. Other than that I love it and would recommend this software to anyone.

Great software

We use SimplicityCollect for our small collections business. The name speaks for itself as it is pretty simple to use.

Nice Product for Some but Not All

Overall it did not fit for us and we ended up using our original program. Perhaps if there was an option to transfer from other program seamlessly, that may have helped the ease of use.

Consolidating Collection efforts

The transition over to Simplicity would have been a disaster if it had not been for their commitment to assisting us in integrating files of several sources (i.e Collection Agencies, Other Software). Their dedication to getting it right far exceeds the competitors we considered. Thank you for that, it has helped us tremendously.

Best software we have used!

I could go on and on about the functionality and ease of use of this software, but I believe the best part is by far the customer support! We went thru a rather large data conversion and Simplicity had been there every step of the way! As we added a new client with special requirements, Simplicity was there to help us with that as well. We could not be happier with the softwares capability and the service and training offered. You will not be disappointed!!

Great program

My Simplicity is a one person user. I run all the collections for a rather large OB-Gyn clinic in Davenport, Iowa. The ease of the program allows me to run this large data base that can be accessed anywhere that I am and I do not have to worry about security. The data base is managed by Simplicity, updated & secure.
New features are added several times a year, and the new features are customer inspired.
I have had a couple of issues with customer support, but that hasn't happened in over a year now.

Great, affordable collection software that keeps improving

We have partnered with Simplicity the past few years to help collect unpaid tuition balances on former students. Their software has allowed us to automate processes that used to take us hours, simplified our payment plan procedures, and improved our overall customer service with difficult accounts. We would highly recommend to any University looking for an affordable and efficient collection software.

Simplicity.. A reasonable alternative to higher priced systems.

Simplicity has been in use by us for over 2 years now. Overall functionality is very good. There are a few things that should be improved NOT at the customers expense that very important. These items are overlooked by the overall value and functionality of the product, however. I give a solid 4 stars for all categories because while not a perfect system it is very very useful to my organization.

Amazingly Effortless

Simplicity is always coming out with new updates to make their software even easier to use. Making enhancement requests are extremely easy and it's wonderful to have a company take their client's needs so seriously.

1st Time User

1st time using collections software and the product is easy to use. If I ever have issues I can find the answer in the training manual, bravo!

Efficient and user-friendly

Great Product, Great Service, Great Price

This product is great!. It does everything we need it to do, it is very cost effective, and their support is timely, polite, and you get to talk to an actual person. We couldn't be happier with this software! Huge savings with all the functionality of a "big box" software.

Excellent program, reasonable cost!

I have been a Simplicity user for a couple of years and enjoy the simpleness of use. It has great features and reports available along with the ability for my clients to log into reviewing their accounts as often/little they would like. Definitely, would recommend this software!

Simplicity has streamlined our in-house process and empowered us with the ability to keep close tabs on our monthly numbers while offering our clients up to date reports.

Simplicity Collection Review

My office has been using Simplicity Collect since 2013. It is effective and very easy to use. If any problems arise, their technical support is quick to follow up. I would recommend this program to another Collection Agency.

It's simple with Simplicity

This was my first time using collection software. I have to say it's been a great experience so far. Simplicity is so easy to learn and use. Reports at your fingertips and exceptional customer service!

Took a little longer to understand than our other software, but i eventually got use to it. Had a hard time looking up the original client but we had to associate the cosigner with the client.

Glad I switched

We were with a "Big Box" software company and did not feel we received the support we needed. I found simplicity and it has changed our company. Its "simple" process for use is amazing!

Best collection software we've ever used

We had many questions when we were gettting switched over and everyone was very helpful and patient with us. They explain everything so great and walk you through it very well.

There's nothing. What I've to say about Simplicity. It's easy to use and wonderful customer support if you have questions. I think it's reasonably priced and cloud based.
