It was fine, but a bit clunky in the linking contacts & company.

Vorteile

Looked really clean, had all the basic information we wanted to add for contacts. Liked that organizations were automatically created when we added a new one to a contact.

Nachteile

Would be nice if there were custom fields we could create, as well as a way to export a custom contact list to use for marketing.

Great contact management

Vorteile

Probably the best free contact manager on the web.

Nachteile

It's a little sluggish at times -- not sure if that's Pobuca's fault or my connections.

Must have - Business Contacts Management App

I find it very useful app. When I logged in, I had instant access to all of the
company contacts and their info. So simple!

Pobuca Review

Positive experience overall. It's easy to use and fulfills the basic needs of keeping contacts in order.

Vorteile

It is easy to find and input contacts along with making changes as necessary.

Nachteile

I do not like that you have to make an organization contact and regular contact. It is annoying to have to put the address in the organization and regular contact. If that person is in the organization the information should automatically pop up. You also shouldn't have to put a first and last name as a requirement.

A try-it-yourself experience that should not be missed

Vorteile

Adaptability to personal demands, easiness and total looks. Collaboration tools included are extremely useful in everyday demanding tasks a job might include.

Nachteile

Connectivity with open-source systems could be improved. Development Kit could also be introduced for a more personalised experience

Vorteile

What I like the most is The design and also the simplicity, it's very useful application. More than that, with this I can Give the access to another friend or colleagues like Editor, administrator or reviewer and this is quite interesting.

Vorteile

Getting access to numbers on the go is great

Nachteile

Incoming calls don't show names so I have to save the names to my phone anyway nd then disregard the app. Only use this when I need a number I don't have.

Great App for Simple Contact Management

This app works well for contact management for small businesses. It's quick and easy to use. It does lack some integrations with other services, which can be helpful for VoIP phones and the like. Overall, it's a useful tool.

Review

If someone of my colleagues gets a new contact everybody can find it on pobuca. No need to waste time asking for the right number or email.

The fact that you can sort your contacts by company.

You have to get used to it. In the beginning it was hard to find my way.

Great Place to Collect and Sort Contacts

Vorteile

Ability to customize: adding tags, additional information per contact/business

Nachteile

The desktop version of Pobuca Connect is a bit clunky as of this review, but the web and mobile versions are spot on.

Vorteile

Great and easy-to-use app

Before JustPhonebook our team had to keep individually the contacts, which reduced our networking capabilities and also was time consuming. After joining JustPhonebook, we operate as a team by internally sharing our contacts in an easy and secure way. In a few of seconds each member of the team is able to find the appropriate contact information for a particular person. Great job!

Great tool to keep your organizations contacts at one place

I have tried Pobuca for a few months now and I can only say that I enjoy it a lot, but a feature I could recommend being made is an visitcard scanner built in, so you don't have to fill in the info on the web but only take a photo and poof it should be there. I can't think of anything else it's missing :)

Excellent Product

I love this product, I found it when I was searching for a way to digitize our companies Rolodex and this works perfectly. I especially love the ability to search through the contacts, this makes finding a specific contact quick and easy. I absolutely recommend this product!

Introduced it to my new workplace.

Very convenient

Vorteile

Veey convenient way of sharing contacts among co-workers. Liked the idea of a cloud database which can be accessed from any device.

Nachteile

Software still contains quite a few bugs. Had difficulties in assigning contacts to different categories.

Good, easy

Overall very easy to use and understand!

Vorteile

really easy way to look up the contact details for colleagues with whom you don't work closely with on a aday to day basis, but then suddenly a project comes up and you know they are the best ones to turn to

Nachteile

difficult to get into using it, feels like I always forget I have it on my phone so sometimes I have gone a longer route to get someones contact details only to remember that i could have done it this way.

I wanted to create a shared contact database with my colleague. That happened fast and hassle...

Got to share a DB within the team and use it jointly.

Vorteile

The interface makes it easy to get to whatever section I want. Very instinctive. I also like the pop-up chat and the tag line you are using. It makes me feel like you care.

Nachteile

The business card scanner - could be improved. I thought it would all go automatically, but I still have to separate the strings. Not cool. Wasting time.

Very easy to use. Shared contacts across your organisation with no hustle.

Great for any medium to large organisation that wants to share contact information between employees. They also currently have a live chat support in their website that they respond very quickly to. Yay!

Super app and easy to use it with many add on features.

Great to use it basically with -external / remote collegues. No need to have different lists with contacts, or trying to update different apps / programs. Especially for employees who are travelling or do not have a standard office base, it is great.

Great for keeping track of contacts

I have very much enjoyed using Pobuca to keep track of my contacts and share them with colleagues. The only issues I have had is automatically updating them once I update the contacts on outlook.

Great free product!

Exactly what we were looking for, a simple app to share our professional contacts. Mobile app has a simple and clear interface and it's very useful to have access from the web.

I found it really great just would like to have more options for personalizing my contacts information!

Don´t offer options for personalizing your contact info or synchronizing with other apps.

Simple yet elegant solution

I checked various contact management tools for myself. But this product standards apart from all be it zoho contacts, fullcontact etc. With time product will get better and hence a good value for any organization.

Could Not Reach My Goal Without Paying

I wanted to combine 1000+ contacts so that I could clean the duplicates and end up with about 400+ contacts, then download them. I could not find how to do this, and I could not download them without buying, which seemed a high price for the task.
