Wir haben unseren Online-Shop mit Ikas eingerichtet. Sie waren immer aufmerksam gegenüber meiner Website, die seit einem Jahr in Berlin aktiv ist, und haben bei jeder Frage im Detail geholfen. Dank ihres freundlichen Kundenservices, der praktischen und benutzerfreundlichen Oberfläche sowie der stilvollen Designs ist meine Marke bekannter geworden. Ich kann sie jedem wärmstens empfehlen.
Vorteile
• Schnelle Lösungen mit dem Kundenservice
• Die Benutzeroberfläche ist sehr einfach zu bedienen
• Alle Zahlungsoptionen und viele bekannte Anwendungen sind in der App verfügbar und kostenlos.
Nachteile
Auch wenn es kleine Fehler gibt, werden diese sofort behoben. Es bleibt nichts, was ich als Nachteil bezeichnen könnte :)

Best and easy e-commerce store builder
ikas is the best e-commerce platform I ever used.
Vorteile
I use ikas as my e-commerce store for drop shipping, it is easy to setup easier than Shopify or Wordpress. And ikas have all the features to build a successful e-commerce store.
Nachteile
All things are perfect in ikas but the pricing should affect that users that are in low budget.

Low Standards - No Reply From Support
Would love to use Ikas as my platform of choice, but cannot get support to respond to my request of removing a store that is selling products stolen from my store.
Vorteile
It's easy to setup. I could add my products very quickly.
Nachteile
I've contacted support 3 times over the last few months, and they have never replied. My problem is that another store is selling stolen copies of my digital products and using Ikas to run their store. How can I move my business onto a platform that supports theft and copyright infringement?

My experience using Ikas
I am a event manager at Delhi FNP events, since our work is to get wealthy clients. They also need the parties or event must be soothing so presenting them the theme packages online through ikas helped a lot. I lt gives boost to our presentation also adds various detailing to those packages. We can also prebook through our clients as per their final decision. Ikas really help us to grow business since we showcase our products through it online.
Vorteile
Ikas is a great platform for web hosting and selling on web. Since I have been in the event planning and management my team always look forward to get various corporate events, and parties by ikas it is very easy to customise those packages and bring them on board in our websites. Designing custom packages online and to sell them to our clients is now easy with ikas. It gives the platform to design degitally themed package which our corporate clients gets intrested to buy.
Nachteile
So far I have using ikas for last 8-9 months I haven't encountered any problem with that.

My user experience with Ikas
I work Business development manager at fashion company where new clothing and textile materials are needed to be displayed all over the website. Trending wearables are important for a fashion textile business. For that ikas I found the very good option to have and hosting websites drag and drops are very easy to make a good website from it. It can help a lot to grow in e-commerce.

Ikea is great to use for setting up my new design products. I work in a designing industry clothing is my product new fashion materials are need to be in campaigns. For business like us it is easy to layout it in ikas.
Nachteile
Ikas is great platform it can teach any layman to put there products through website or online. But the there price charts are little expensive for small business or startups.

Great Choice for website building
Overall, my experience with ikas was great. Website building with it is very easy because of simple UI. It have large number of features too. And best thing can create all the webpages responsive for almost all device dimensions.

First thing ikas has very large option of template to choose from and with customization options to make website unique. Websites designed by it are fully responsive for multiple devices. It has very simple and easy to use interface.

There is no significant cons about the ikas just it is little bit expensive compared to some other options.

Website Creation Made Easy
Overall, it was a good experience with this tool so far.

Great service for a good product

The website and the back end management was similar to alternatives. However, the customer support team was excellent. They have set up couple of meetings online and made sure we have gotten out the lost of the product.

Remarkably Good E-commerce platform.
We have had an incredible experience with the software. It has helped us alot in purchase and management of items as we can also easily create our online stores without having going through any training.

Grow Your Business!
We were really pleased when she started using Ikas, she became like a part of our family! We were a bit cautious at first because e-commerce platforms can be complicated at times, but Ikas surprised us with its ease of use. It really is a very user-friendly system. Especially my family members who are not very technically savvy, they were able to upload products and track orders easily.

I helped set up my family's company. My family can easily manage it thanks to its interface that does not require much technical knowledge. It offers a wide range of options in cargo integration services. Its mobile compatibility and reporting are quite successful and direct to sales. Finally, the language support is great.

Ikas Delivers Beyond Expectations
From the first time I contacted ikas, the team helped me a lot. I had a failed e-commerce venture before, so I was a little concerned. However, representatives from ikas never left me alone throughout the process and encouraged me to work in this field. Using the panel is quite simple, I can do almost everything on my own after a 1-hour training planned for me. It was a critical step to grow my business, I'm glad I chose ikas.
Vorteile
Compared to the previous infrastructure, it is quite easy to use and simple to learn. I can contact to the support team 24/7 and they provide practical support instead of just sending articles/videos. After the package price I paid, I did not encounter any additional costs during my use.
Nachteile
It would be better if the mobile application was developed a little more. It is possible to update Product information via mobile application, but it is not possible to add new products. It would be very practical if the product could be installed from the mobile application.

Vorteile
My favorite feature of Ikas is that the entire management system is gathered in a single panel. Especially when I look at the needs of the brands I work with, they use many different e-commerce platforms and it was very difficult to keep track of them. Thanks to Ikas, we can track the stocks on all sites from a common area.
Another of my favorite features might be the customer support team. They always try to do their best under all circumstances.
Being a platform that is open to innovations and follows current needs makes a significant difference for us.
Nachteile
The only thing I can say negatively would be the site themes. Nowadays, the sites of many companies using IKAS look almost similar to each other. I wish there were more options. Additionally, unfortunately, the features of each theme are not the same.

Ecommercing made easy!
Due to Ikas I can rest up easily,this is an affordable option for setting up an online store and management of the entire omnichannel.
I like the Support from the Ikas supprt team and they are very Responsive.
Vorteile
The important thing that specifies Ikas from other E commercing sites is its reliable and uncomplicated structure,which is even a normal person who has no knowledge of how this works can able to implement it. and I feel that is the best thing which I Like from Ikas.
Nachteile
Unfortunately I didnt face any problems with Ikas.
