The name couldn't be any more truthful, it's pretty darn easy.
Even though I used it for a short time I did like it. It worked well, and I don't really have any complaints. I began using other apps that just had more market share, like docusign. Probably just because many of my clients already knew it, and used it.
Vorteile
The signature creation and the mobile signing capture are the most impactful in my opinion. If I didn't already pay for Adobe which allows me to pretty much do the same thing I would pay for this every month. I happened used the free trial. I kept adobe because my subscription came with more features.
Nachteile
It was naturally limited in its functionality for a user like me. I would pay $14 a month to have Adobe which can do a lot of the things I can do with this app and more. I also had docusign at some point. I used docusign because my business partner wanted to use it. However I would have preferred this. This is much more cost effective than docusign. I think they need to do a better job of marketing to let me know how it beats out the competition. That is usually what drives a decision for me. I ask what am I really getting for this price.

The NAME says it all
I definitely recommend this software as it suits our company's daily business needs. More power to SignEasy!
Vorteile
SignEasy is the most beneficial digital signature platform for me. It has helped organizations and businesses with seamless document signing. This tool allows users to sign legal documents with ease using either a computer, a tablet or a mobile device. You don't really need to send an actual paper to get a signature. It is indeed an essential tool for recruiters and other professionals. I love that the status for each signature is visible and that allows us to know who has already signed the document and who has not. Not only that, it is available in 18 different languages!
Nachteile
I do not have any issues with this software. It is simple, easy to use and most importantly, it is secured.

Maybe useful but not for everyone
I am a journalist and have to sign official inquiries several times a day, but this program didn't help much. Maybe it could be useful for others.
Vorteile
It is a great tool and in this digital world is very needy. It is also cool that on each paper we see the "Go green" slogan and warning.
Nachteile
It could be useful for people who can already upload their signature. The automatic suggestions for signature are not useful at all. For drawing the signature the program should have had a function of correcting and smoothing the lines as many design programs have.

Easy document signing for you and your customers
Vorteile
I was a bit apprehensive about using SignEasy, but since they had a free trial, I gave it a spine. I loved it, with the Zoho integration, I immediately started sending invoices and was pleasantly surprised when clients where returning the estimates back with there signature instead of just estimate accepted. It's also been great for my to sign documents I receive right on my phone without being tied to my desk.
Nachteile
The business plan pricing could be better. I switched to the standard plan, instead of the premium one, as it was cheaper and we could do without the Zoho integration.

Very easy to use

It's one of the best ways to sign virtual documents
The best part is that you can integrate it with other apps so the signing is convenient and you don't have to convert the document into a particular format.

It can slow down the system considerably, especially if you're using an older computer.

Vorteile
I used SignEasy to sign employment documents for a copy. It was quick and easy to navigate. My signature was legible and was accepted fine. I also used it to sign a contract for real estate.
Nachteile
SignEasy seems to work accurately. I did have an issue with a few documents saving the signature. It may have been user error. After doing and saving again, it appeared to work fine.

Easy and convenient!
It’s been amazing! Back in July last year I changed jobs, I started teaching at a new school. Due to the lockdown, the school started implementing e-signs in all contracts. In a matter of minutes I received my contract, read it and signed it using SignEasy! I loved it! I did it from the coziness of my own home. This year, the new contract just got on my email last Monday, I already signed it and I’m ready for the new school year! SignEasy is amazing!
Vorteile
I love how easy and convenient it becomes for both parties involved. It’s fast, it shows you the exact places a signature is required. SignEasy is also a secure e-sign app. In a matter of minutes you can have your documents singed without leaving your home or office.
Nachteile
Nothing, I am in love with SignEasy! It’s cheap and it includes all kinds of features, I’ve used it a couple of times now and it makes it really easy for me, love it!

The evolution of the signature
It happens that I usually have to sign some document that I only have in a digital version, so instead of printing them and then sign and then scan them ( a lot of time and paper wasted), I find it great that I can digitally make a sign on a document.
Vorteile
SignEasy is a digital alternative for the old hand signature, it helps to save paper and time, great that is also available as an app, so that you can sign a document in any place at any time.
Nachteile
SignEasy does well what it is designed for, therefore there is not really something that I like least about it, I would just not subscribe if I would just need to sign something once or twice in a month, then, it would not be worth.

Vorteile
It's an easy software for signing digital documents, the signature can be created on the website by drawing it, by picking it up from several offered ones or uploading one you have on the computer. Also, there can be added initials, some text, email and other minor elements to the text. The result can be downloaded in PDF file for free. One can also request a signature from other person by putting the signer's name and email in the respective cells and offering him/her to sign the document.
Nachteile
Actually I haven't found any major cons here, just the offered signature examples could have been more, but that's not a big con anyway.

Felt Secure
I've had to sign using this on many occasions. I was happy about the ease of use and access.
Vorteile
I felt secure when using this to sign for large purchases or perform other legal agreements. It kept me from having to go into an office setting when it wasn't needed.
Nachteile
There may be ways for people to abuse this when dealing with co-signing. Anyone using this should be sure that there is a physical aspect to it to be sure everything is legitimate. Even when I used this, there were physical interactions that were required for a pen to paper signing.

Just as the name suggests, sign easy
I would think a startup package would be great because I would not be signing documents frequently. I would only need it for important timeframes (as the startup gets incorporated, as the company gets funded, and as the company exits/acquired)
Vorteile
I like the ease of use. You get the job done by having important documents signed with reminders set up.
Nachteile
The free trial, when I used it, was limiting in the amount of documents that can be signed. I understand the model subscriptions, but for startups, this is an extra cost. Is there a more cost effective way than the next tier up?

Not That Easy
Overall, SignEasy was not that easy to use with Microsoft Excel. I have not tried it with other software.
Vorteile
I like that you can choose how you want your signature to look and save it to your desktop for future use.
Nachteile
Although it was easy to create a signature, pasting it to documents was very difficult. I tried to paste it into an Excel document and it would not work, although that's what administration wanted us to do. I ended up just typing in my name and changing the font.

Best Friendly user software
It was a very easy and convenient experience being able to collect signatures or documents.

SignEasy is, in fact, easy to use. It comes with the bells and whistles that you expect from a document signing program.

Nothing about it blew me away and I have reverted back to HelloSign. Hopefully they can improve functionality and reliability and I will give it another try.

It's good electronic signature service, but I find Adobe Sign better.

Digital signature saves you a lot of time. Time that you would wast on printing and scanning instead.
