Good software that does what it says it will do!
Vorteile
Tackabi has done what I needed it to do. It tracks my team members' time and allows us to create payroll reports for our team.
Nachteile
The UX is a little quirky but we figured it out quickly enough.

My favorite is the insights and achievements section.
Although in the achievements section there are few options available.
Or should be able to set additional conditions and add custom badges, especially if in the future Can be developed into a more gamification system, it will be very good, such as making it like a game with level up, having an avatar that can be added by taking points from work or using points that have been redeemed for rewards as set
And in terms of leave work, if able to set a half-day leave, it would be very good.
And as for the system settings (working day), it would be even better if you could set multiple formats because some employees work 5 days, some 6 days a week.
In summary, it is considered very good value for the price paid. If the feature is added as mentioned, it will be even better because I think that other users Probably want the same.

Trackabi is our choice
We keep track of time and plan vacations for our team.
Vorteile
Trackabi is a great time tracking software with huge functionality for a democratic price, it's not inferior to similar services. Trackabi helps us in managing company resources, workflow organization, time planning. I can't even imagine how we used to do without such a useful function as vacation planning.
Nachteile
We lack integration with Redmine and 1C.

Really Useful Time Tracker

It automatically starts the timer, pauses it, and stops it based on the movement of cursor. That's really helpful!Trackabi also lets me find out the actual time an employee spends on working and leisure apps which can be helpful for evaluating the overall productivity of employee being an HR. THe UI is also good and easy to understand with a shallow learning curve.
Nachteile
Quite often the time auto-stops without any particular cause or displays an error.

The best tool in appsumo
Vorteile
Honestly, I have purchased several products from appsumo, but the only one we use every day is Trackabi because it is very effective in tracking our collaborators. I hope it continues like this, I totally recommend it!
Nachteile
really the part of points against it may be that it is limited by the number of users, but I understand perfectly that this may be one of the parameters for the price

Great tool to start
I have been using the Trackabi tool for three months now and find it a handy tool for people management. Our Entire team likes this tool.

Some essential features are still not available however they are working on it.A feature to apply for a half-day leave is missing. However, they are working on it.

Amazing time tracking tool
Most of the time, trackers leave out critical features or are in the early development phase that will push you to go with a mainstream competitor. Now you have Trackabi hit the market that does everything you need and more! If you are in the web development industry you can even integrate your GIT commits to track progress and much more.

Trackabi is very efficient
Vorteile
It wasn't too hard to set up and it has a ton of features. It does everything our old software did and more. The way the clock works is great, it's extremely easy to switch between tracking a project for one client to another with minimal disruption. Great for anyone who multi-tasks like I do and is constantly switching between projects for different clients all day. Also the reporting feature is awesome.
Nachteile
Getting everything set up at the beginning is a pain but once you have all your clients and projects uploaded into the system you never have to mess with again.

Great Time Tracking Solution But Frequent App Crashes
Vorteile
Trackabi supports auto-tracking the time based on the cursor movements. It also helps track work and leisure time separately. Also, it was easy to set up on the systems.
Nachteile
The user apps crashes a lot of time and results into accurate time tracking.

Please just use the latest version to avoid crashes. We pay a lot of attention to this and update the app to make sure it's compatible with various operating systems and settings.

Improving productivity and making sure time is accurately tracked.
Vorteile
Trackabi is simple, straightforward and easy to use. Navigating around the software doesn't have a steep learning curve. It makes tracking time easy and convenient. I can also improve on my productivity by being able to determine time worked versus time spent on leisure. Features such as one-click timer, personal leave schedule, estimated time and budget, user roles are very helpful.
Nachteile
Having a mobile app someday would be nice. But it's not a majordealbreaker as I can just access it via the browser using any device.

Vorteile
One of the most important things that I like about this software is that it has made time tracking for our employees a much smoother ride. We don't have to fill out long tedious forms. The backend manages the tracking well and gives the organisation appropriate reports.
Nachteile
I wish they had the function to save templates that we could reuse as we work on a task which is recurring.
